Thunderpaw's pelt rippled as he flexed his shoulders, frowning at Vinepaw uneasily. "What have you got against Spiritshadow?" He finally demanded. "She's the first friend I made all on my own, you should be proud."

"Well, what have you got against Lostpaw?" I asked, easily diverting the subject from myself. I raised my fictional kitty brows and lashed my tail expectantly. Why was I to be judged? I had my own... reasons.

"He sounds like a twig-jerk," Thunderpaw decided, making up the name on the spot with no true meaning behind it. He realized that he was being a hypocrite of course, but his relationship with Spiritshadow wasn't like the one she had with Lostpaw. Definitely not.
