Forestbreak, Clovepetal, & Leopardripple
Swirlpaw trailed into the medicine cat's den with Leopardripple. "Forestbreak, Clovepetal?" she called softly, scenting the air to see if they were around. It was almost too hard to tell since a strong smell of herbs filled the air, confusing her nose, and some of the grass stood in her view. She decided to sit to the side, a little ways away from the herbs piled neatly on the dusty ground. Swirlpaw wondered if they would remember her from when she had approached the den as a kit, when she had fallen down a snake hole.
Glancing at Leopardripple, she almost told the old cat that she was going to reveal the hurting paw that Leopardripple had been so reluctant to get checked out. It was ironic, she thought, sitting there with her paw slightly off the ground, they were both here with some sore paws. She gave her paw a good lick before she saw the medicine cats finally approaching.
