Hey guys, this is actually a true story except with my little twist. I'll explain the story at the end.
Falling. I hit the hard ground. Cold. I was endlessly shivering. Alone. I looked at the safety of my warm house.... and my owner just throwing me away. I didn't understand. What was going on. I ran to my owner, but the two legged thing shut the door on me. I was nervous. Afraid. I mewed. Nothing. I sat down at the door, pawing it with my smalll white paws. I waited. I waited until nightfall, whjen the Autumn was bitter and cold. When all was dark but the moon and the stars that lit up the black night sky, shedding light on me. Bright were my yellow-green eyes as I kept sittting at the front of the door, waiting for my owners. One day, my owner did open the door. Purring, I ran to him. He shut the door behind him, and ran off. I folllowed him, but he jumped in this talll, boxy thing..... a car. Car ran off faster then I could. And I was left here, waiting for car and the owner to come back, but they never did, even after 1 day.... 2 days.... a whole week. I gave up waiting and tried to find my owner. I was cold, tired, and hungry, but I didn't know how to find food. Alll I could remember was the smell of fish and the bittersweet memory of the home I was locked out of. I followed the black path car had been on. It was warm. I walked along it.
Another memory filled my tiny brain. "Little Kitty!" The voices were so loud, so clear.
"Little Kitty!" An image. A tiny, round face. Twinkling eyes. They were brown, weren't they? And such pale, hairless skin. Plump indeed was this human. Small paws touched my head.
My heart ached. I continued padding along, when I heard a distant roar. It sounded weird, but I kept padding along. Then I made out a red box.... Car! My owner was back! I ran forward, excitement flooding. But then, way before I realized it, car crushed me. No it didn't... I found myself crouching nervously as car passed over me. It would've killed me. Why would my owner try to kill me? I pranced off the path, to scared to go on it. Instead I walked along it.
Yea, I won't write the whole thing. But this story is inspired by a random tuxedo kitten who just sneaked into our house. We kept him for two hours before giving him to a church.
