The grey tabby warrior padded from the forest after having an interesting day with her apprentice and headed to grab something to eat. After grabbing a sparrow the shecat settled down in the shade to eat her prey. Glancing around the clearing for anyone she could talk to. Perhaps Redfern? No she's probably out with an apprentice. She hasn't seen Onyxclaw in awhile so he was a no go. Musing to herself and trying to find out who she could talk to her eyes lit up when she remembered the newer warriors. Ivystem! She could go find Ivystem! She hadn't seen her old friend in ages and wondered how she was doing.

Ivystem purred as the bright sun faded a bit and she was met with an afternoon breeze. One of her favorite times of day. She found herself having nothing to do, though. No training, no one to really talk to.... She searched the clan for anyone she knew, or any cats she just recently met. There! Who's over there? She thought, looking at the gray tabby. Is that Kestrelfeather? She wondered, and bounded forward. A purr came out of her as she realized that it was her old friend. "Kestrelfeather!" Ivystem called from behind, and rounded the corner to face her friend.

Her head snapped over at the sound of her name being called and smile happily seeing it was the very cat she was planning on going to see. "Ivystem! Hi!" She moewed

Ivystem smiled, twitching her whiskers. "I haven't seen you in a long time. How've you been? Guess what? I got my warrior ceremony! But I guess you already knew that since you called me Ivystem..." She blabbered, focusing on the tabby.

She laughed. "Yes I know." She moewed nodding. "And I've been good. For myself a apprentice. Rocky start but I think she's warming up to me now." She moewed. "How bout you? How yeah been?" She cocked her head

"You've gotten an apprentice? Who is it?" Ivystem questioned, wondering if she knew the cat. Probably not. "I've been good. Well, bored I guess. And tired. Vigil seemed like forever!"

It's Tumblepaw. She's one of Spiderleaf's kits." She moewed. "And yeah I thought so too when I became a warrior." She rolled her yes playfully and smiled

"Tumblepaw? Oh I know her! She ran into me a few sunrises ago." Ivystem nodded at the name. "When you became a warrior? Don't you still think vigil took forever? I'm just glad I got to do it in the warm season."

She nodded. "Yeah. I had a hard time not falling asleep to be honest." She mumbled shaking her head. Then looked down at her paws. "Sooo I ummm met this tom who recently became a warrior..."

"Really? Who? A tom? OOOOOOOO," Ivystem laughed, getting ready to hear this special someone's name. She swished her tail against the ground and looked at Kestrelfeather expectantly.

She coughed and gave her friend a playful glare. "His name is Pumpkinseed. I kinda like him.." She replied.

Ivystem purred at the news. "I think I saw his ceremony or something. You two would be cute together!" The cream cat nudged Kestrelfeather's shoulder with her paw, still chuckling a bit.

Shut up." She grumbled glancing away emberessed. "Cute has nothing to do with it yah know." She huffed. "H-he likes me back..or I think he does...I mean he called me pretty." She mused out loud to her friend. "Ugh I just don't know."

"Cute has everything to do with it." Ivystem scoffed, and brought up a paw to groom as she listened to the silver cat once more. Her ears perked up in interest. "He called you pretty? OOH. ITS OFFICIAL." She meowed, a little louder than she should have.

She scoffed. "Is not! We aren't mates." She rolled her eyes. "And keep it down will yah? I don't want people to know." She mumbled shaking her head and whacking her friend in the shoulder.
