I need to know this: Does my name (Duskkit) has to be on the kit list to RP? Or no?

All of the clans have different sets of rules; I know that RockClan requires it, but FireClan, for example, doesn't. In some clans you have to have permission to be adopted, and in others you don't. My best guess would be to contact the queens of the clan you're in and ask them.
