(To the elders :3. Windflurry,Redstorm and maplefrost!And other peiple that would like to join!)

The golden she kit padded out of the nursery.
She could smell the scents of the cats
of the clan,there were stinky cats but
others had a very sweet scent,it was
almost like an indentity of each warrior
of the clan.Goldenkit couldn't wait to
explore the camp and see new things.
Goldenkit was walking around when
she saw a hole,What is that? She thought
with curiosity I'm going to give a look.
And she entered on the elder's den without
knowing it."Hello?Someone here?" She
asked with curiosity.I wonder who lives
here she thought.She sat down hoping
that something interesting would happen.
Maybe other cats live here?Well I hope so!
she said to herself in her own mind

A pale green eye glowed in one of the three nests in the elders' den. The large calico let out a low rumble as he slowly rose into a sitting position. A kitten in his den, huh? Well... it was bound to happen sooner or later. Maplefrost had actually been starting to wonder whether all of the nursery-dwellers were too frightened to venture here. Hardly anyone visited the elders' den, for that matter. It could be lonely sometimes.

"I presume you're here to ask for a story... and who might you be?" Maplefrost meowed. Why else would a kit be here? It wasn't hard to guess what Goldenkit's motives might be.

The golden she kit saw the calico
cat xoming from shadows.He looked
to be old.Well so this must be the elder's den!
"Hi,I'm Goldenkit.I was walking around
the camp and I found here" she meowed
If here was the elder's den,there
 must be elders that lived all kinds
of things in their lives of warrior
Battles between the clans,gatherings an other adventures
"Sorry,would you mind if you tell me a story?"
the golden she kit asked politely Maplefrost
looking at him with her bright green eyes

"Goldenkit, hmm? My name is Maplefrost." Ah, the curiosity of kits; it was probably a good thing that she hadn't wandered into the medicine cats' den instead. Although it was hard to remember, he was pretty sure that he'd had a very quiet kithood.

Well, it looked like this would be his first official story request. Maplefrost curled his tail around his paws and purred. "Of course. What sort of story would you like to hear? I'm sure I can think of something for you."

Goldenkit's eyes were shining
of excitment "Mmmm...I don't
know,you can tell the story that
you wish!I know that you'll make
the best choice!" she smiled to
to the elder.She couldn't wait
to hear Maplefrost's story,he
looked to be the type of warrior
that lived all kinds of things,
battles,Two legs experiences,
dogs and a lot of other things.
Goldenkit was sure that he would
have a great story to tell.She sat
down calmly flicking her tail
with curiosity

As far as Maplefrost was aware, he'd never actually had encounters with Twolegs or dogs... but he had tangled with many other sorts of creatures instead. "I can tell you about the time that I fought a giant snake with Windflurry. We were both still warriors back then. It wasn't poisonous, luckily... but it still gave me plenty to remember it by." He extended one of his forelegs so that Goldenkit could see; a pair of old puncture marks were still visible beneath all the thick fur.

Goldenkit litened carefully to Maplefrost's
story.Her beautiful green eyes were shining
of excitment.She tried to imagine Maplefrost
and Windflurry fighting a huge snake that
tried to kill the warriors.When the calico
elder showed the bite,Goldenkit became
very interested on the story,but it probably
was very painful to Maplefrost."Did you
feel a lot of pain?" The she kit asked
with somewhat, a worried voice

"Yes, it did sting quite a lot," replied the elder. "But anyway... we had both been out in the territory, not far from the camp. At first I thought the snake was just someone having a bad day when it hissed. Then it slithered out of the bushes and started getting ready to strike at us! Windflurry and I both knew that we couldn't let it get into the camp - it could have gobbled up a kit like you. So I took a swipe at it, and was promptly bitten. Do you know what happened next?" This was, in Maplefrost's opinion, the best part of the story. He could still remember the moment as if it had happened mere days ago.

The golden she kit couldn't think

of something worser than a snake

that could kill a cat.Goldnekit

shocked her head "What happened

Mapplefrost?" the she kit asked with

excitment.The snake probably was

huge and scary,with big fangs and

with a ugly fur.Goldenkit heard

that the poison of a snake was

so deadly as a deathberry.However,

Goldenkit heard about the berries

but she didn't know how did they look

like

The elder's green eyes lit up as he continued. "After the snake got me, Windflurry leapt into action. It struck at her too - but it was too late. She sank her teeth into that serpent and bit it right in half. It didn't stand a chance against her," Maplefrost finished proudly.

"It really was amazing. Of course, now we're both a bit too old to have adventures like that, but it's nice to think back on them."

The golden she kit's eyes were glowing
of excitment,they really had great adventures.
"Wow!You and Windflurry were so strong!"
the she kit meowed cheerfuly
"Have you ever been in a battle between
the other clans?" Goldenkit asked with
curiosity

Recounting old tales was, surprisingly, rather tiresome. The elder stifled a yawn as he responded to Goldenkit with a purr. "Of course I have. But perhaps that's a story for another day, hmm? I have a nap to be getting back to - and I'm sure your mother is starting to wonder where you are..."

The she kit nodded."Ok!I'll come back
another day!Bye Maplefrost!" And the
golden she kit padded out of the elder's
den.It was colder outside,it was Leaf fall
now.

"I look forward to it," Maplefrost responded. For once, this was true - Goldenkit had to be one of the nicest kittens he'd met in moons. Smiling faintly, he settled back into his nest and returned to dozing.
