So... um... would I PM a staff member if I wanted a history as a kittypet, such as being born a kitttpet and joining TreeClan with my parents?

first of all, if you join a clan after living as a kittypet, you need staff permission for sure. and, i don't know if you can say your parents joined too? you may have to clarify with a higher up staffer. but, you would need permission.
