I'M GONNA GET YOU BACK ANYWAYICAN ► I yawned as I stepped away from a messy nest with various pieces of moss littered about in unappealing chunks. I raised a fictional brow at the untidy sleeping area. How could I have let myself get this dirty? I gave a sigh and and started collecting up the old segments of flattened foliage and readying to take them out to the dirtplace to dispose of.
I had done so and returned with a wad of fresh, plump moss. I definitely had an exciting life, cleaning out my nest first thing in the morning. Not my fault that my mentor was too lazy to take me out training. I gave a grumpy sigh and flicked my tail.
I took a moment to look around. Was anyone else awake who had not graciously helped me out? I spotted a cat, hazel blinking into focus on them. "Hey you!" I walked over, fur ruffled up and gaze looking at the creature with the impatience of a hormonal mother. "You could have helped me if you were sitting around doing nothing."

If you love me let me go
| Darkpaw stared at the wall of the den expressionless. Though he was awake, his mind had gone into the wonderful world of day dreams. He was currently stalking a mouse in his fantasy, when suddenly a voice broke the fantasy, and forced him to look at an upset she-cat.
She was telling him he could have done something. Yea, caught that mouse, but she had interrupted him. "Oh, I'm sorry, I was still sort of waking up." Wha the really wanted to say was far more rude, but he was one to make friends, not make enemies. |

I'M GONNA GET YOU BACK ANYWAYICAN ► I frowned at the tomcat, hesitating momentarily. I took a quick analysis of the cat. He seemed to be my age or at least somewhere around it. My second thought I had was, Yeah right. When I had come up to him, he had been blankly staring at a wall. Unless this guy had laser eye vision, I highly doubted that he was just waking up. I gave an inaudible sigh, hoping he didn't catch it. I was surprised by the lack of a sharp retort, but it seemed like this was one cat who was nice. I looked down at my paws and then looked back up. I was trying to figure what to say. "Sorry. I'm Gingerpaw." I said, trying my best not to reprimand him or tell him that he was lying. I needed to step away from my strict attitude if I were to ever make friends. Why not start here?
