New nest and stuffs {Open for anyone who isn't a zombie}

The Warriors' den was more cramped than she had hoped. There was barley enough space to move around, let alone build a nest! The lean, black and white she-cat surveyed the den, a large bundle of moss in her jaws. She couldn't Onyxclaw anywhere but ten again, she hadn't seen him in general for moons. She assumed he had left without saying goodbye.
Shadow narrowed her eyes, trying to spot a free space in the maze of nests. There! The tiny space was jammed up against the wall, in between two nests but it had to do for now. Treading carefully as to not disturb any sleeping cats, Shadow picked her way through the mass of bodies and moss until she reached her destination. She arranged the moss hurriedly, only paying attention to the rough shape of how the nest should be. After a minute, she sighed, not satisfied the least, and unhappily plopped down into the messy nest. 
She rested her head on her paws, watching the sleeping bodies of the cats around her.

The silver tabby had been asleep peacefully when she heard new paw steps in the den. She slowly peeked open a blue eye to watch the newcomer. She smiled slightly and sat up some to watch. "If you'd like I can help you with that." She called softly as to not awake her sleeping den mates.

A voice a few nests away made Shadowfrost jump and she sat bolt-upright, her gaze sweeping over the mass of bodies until she located the one who had spoken. It was a silver tabby she-cat who had offered to help. Shadow swallowed, unsure of what to say. She wasn't good with strangers as she had only known one cat her whole life and hadn't made any other friends. "Uh, yes thanks. That would be nice."
Keeping her eyes on the she-cat, Shadow stood up and got out of her nest and waited for the other Warrior to come over, her heart pounding in her chest.

She smiled sweetly and rose to her paws before shaking we fur out and weeved herself through the nests towards Shadowfrost's. "I'm Kestrelfeather by the way, are you a new warrior?" He asked softly as she prodded an molded the moss expertly into a comfy nest. Examining it critically before looking up at the younger shecat with a small smile.

"Shadow stepped aside to let the new cat fix up her nest. "Nice to meet you, Krestlefeather. My name's Shadowfrost, by the way and yes, I've just been made a Warrior. Everything's happening so fast." She chuckled nervously and watched Krestlefeather re-arranged the moss. When she was finished, Shadow returned her smile. "Thank you," she said, dipping her head. "So, may I ask how long you've been a Warrior for?"

"Well welcome to the warriors den!" She smiled warmly. "And I've been a warrior for several moons," she replied."if you'd like I'll introduce you to. Few of my friends in the morning she offered.

[Shadowfrost]

"Thank you...again." Shadow chuckled nervously, feeling a little more relaxed the more she talked to the new she-cat. "And yes, that'd be awesome. Thank you. Oh, and by the way," she added quickly. "Do you know Onyxclaw? Big black tom. Amber eyes. He's a bit older than me and was made a Warrior quite a while ago. Have you seen him around?"

She smiled. "Anytime'l she replied. Her smile fading some at the question before it returned regrettay. "Yes he and I met when we first became apprentices. But no I haven't seen him around. Last time I saw him was a bit before my warrior ceremony." She murmured.

[Shadowfrost]

Shadow smiled sadly. "Yeah. He was there one moment and gone the next without saying goodbye. Stupid Onyx." Shaking her head, she tried to move onto a cheerier topic. "So, do you want to get something to eat from the fresh-kill pile and come back here?"

She nodded "I've had many cats do that to me in my childhood." She replied. "And sure that sounds good!" She smiled

With a nod, Shadow padded out of the den and headed over to the fresh kill pile. She chose a sparrow for herself, before returning to her den. She settled back down in her nest and took a small bite our of her prey. She then waited for Kestrel to return with her own meal.

The tabby followed the other warrior out and poked through the fresh kill pile before grabbing a mouse and headed back to the den. She settled down by her friend and too a bite.
