Sand steps on a shaded foot (Private)

Shadyfoot agreed with a nod. "Yeah, at least no cat was left alone." 

(I had no idea what to do... sry!)

[Sandstep]

(It's perfectly all right)

Sandstep thought for a moment before saying, "Have you heard of the very rude apprentice? We've had one here a long time ago apparently, but we've got one now too."

[Shadyfoot]

Rude apprentice? Wow I'm behind. "No, I haven't heard of a rude apprentice. Do you know who the rude apprentice a long time ago was? I might know them." Brackenpaw? A lot of cats didn't like him... "I'm sure Darkstar will eventually keep him or her straight." she laughed faintly. 

[Sandstep]

Sandstep shook her head. She had heard of a rumor of the apprentice from some of the elders. "No I don't think I remember. But the one right now is named, Maggotpaw. He's such a paw full. The tom is an interesting thing. He's so rude and angry all the time." She said to the other warrior.

[Shadyfoot]

Shadyfoot shook her head. Great, a rude apprentice. She gritted her teeth, she could just see his sly smile, and it made her fur itch with annoyance. "Yeah, I would love to meet him." she replied sarcastically. I hope I never have to talk to him. He'd blow my head off! "Have you met him?" she asked the younger warrior. 

[Sandstep]

Sandstep nodded. "Yes I have but I didn't let him get the best of me.... well, sort of. I told him to stand down and apparently he didn't 'hear me' so we had a little fight and it wound up with him on the ground while I stood in victory. I told him not to mess with a warrior but the young tom just wouldn't listen. It seems like he has a little way to go yet in his training." She noticed how Shadyfoot reacted to the mentioning of the tom's behavior and let it slide by her a little- she wasn't enjoying his presence either.
