Is it ok to do advertising duty even if your not staff?(By this of course I mean linking back)

i would think the staff would prefer if they do it. unless leo is okay with it, i wouldn't do it.

I'd let the staff LINK BACK.
If you're on random sites that don't link to VWW, please, by all means, do it.

No, I'd rather not have VWW's members do linking back. For one, the staff usually keep everything up-to-date in the advertisement board, so there's nothing much to do. More importantly, the advertisement board's rules must be enforced if there's something wrong with a thread, and that a job for staff alone.
But like Whitehawk said, you're free to do first links on sites that don't already have VWW's advertisement on them. Please just PM me with a list of links to the sites you advertise on if you decide to do so~
