( Angel) Jesse lay in a secluded clearing near the lake, lapping at his newly acquired wounds. He had gone to hunt for an afternoon meal, straying from the Amaryllis tundra and into the more populated areas of the wilderness. There, he had encountered a fox, and the russet nuisance had managed to get a good scratch or two before Jesse had successfully chased it off. The taste of iron was stuck to his tongue and all over the back of his throat, but the grey male was more than used to the sensation. He was a creature of action and adventure, and wounds and a little bleeding were a little price to pay for the addictive adrenaline and fun that came with it. Giving up, the young lupine settled his head on the top of his paws, puffing out a breath. "What to do, what to do.." he murmured absently. It was quite obvious that his patience was rapidly thinning out, and the boredom was seeping into his system. And if there was one thing Jesse hated, it was being bored.
