Vex had spent a while picking out a good location for her den. After nearly a moon of sleeping in bushes and under trees, she'd found a large fallen tree; its roots had removed a huge scoop of earth when they were ripped out of the ground. The grey tabby spent a fair amount of time forming a wall of bracken around this hollow; it was still open to the sky, but at least now it was protected and had a small tunnel as an entrance. Vex was venturing out to collect moss one day when she scented a cat nearby. Bristling, she backed up to the mouth of her den and called out to the DeathClanner warily.

"Who's there?"

Arrow was bored out of her mind. The brown tabby made her way around the dens for a bit. "Hey! Hold your fur, it's just a fellow DeathClanner. Nam'es Arrow"

"Just because you're a DeathClanner, that doesn't mean you're less of a threat." Though she didn't take her eyes off Arrow, she did allow her fur mostly lie flat.

"What are you doing here, anyway? This is my part of the territory."

Leaves rustled gently as a small, delicate frame slid through the undergrowth. Luna had her eyes locked on a small mouse, nibbling at a seed. It's plump body shifted as it peeped its head occasionally to look around. It had no idea of a grey cat tensing her muscles. Luna shuffled her paws beneath her quietly, and shifting a paw to ease the frosty sensation of the cooling earth. Suddenly, Luna pounced, pinning the mouse before nipping its spine and picking it up triumphantly. She turned, expecting to see Rebellion behind her, but only empty air loomed. For a while, it seemed as if the two avoided eachother.

Luna slid out of the bush and suddenly froze. Somewhat hostile voices drifted her way from the trees. Scents of two cats caught her by surprise. Silently, Luna hurried her catch and peeked through to see what was going on.

Before Arrow could really respond to Vex's interrogation, the grey tabby heard a rustling in the bushes nearby. She bristled again and turned towards the source of the noise while still remaining in the mouth of her new den.

"Another cat? If I'd known this area was so popular, I would never have made my nest here!"

Arrow let out a calm smile to Vex. "Listen. I'l share my territory with you if you let me pass through your territory. Call it an alliance? Oh, yes. The name is Arrow. And I was just scouting out new allies" The brown and white tabby meowed before dipping her head to Luna in greeting.
