RainsparkDuskpaw trotted out of the apprentices' den and poked her head inside the elders' den. "Hi!" she meowed cheerfully to the elders. "How are you today?" She paused, not wanting to intrude. "I was wondering if anyone could tell me more about the 'Great Fire'."

Rainpaw padded into the den after her fellow apprentice. She smiled thankfully at the black apprentice, then turned to the elders

"This is my friend, Rainpaw." She hoped Rainpaw wouldn't mind she had introduced her as her friend. After all, they had only just met.
