A den full of warriors (Stormfrost/Private)

I cannot believe it! The warriors den! It was more exciting than I had imagined. I looked around it and wondered who was in here but thankfully it didn't take too long for me to find someone. "Hello? I'm Whirlkit."

[Stormfrost]

Stormfrost stood up and looked down at the kit. "Welcome to the warriors' den. Though you seem a little young yet to be sleeping in here." He said to Whirlkit. "I'm Stormfrost. What brings you here?"

It was true, I am only a kit. But I had to say something other than, 'Yes, I'm a kit'. "No I'm a brave FireClan warrior." I stomped a paw at the warrior in response and puffed out my chest trying to look older and bigger.

[Stormfrost]

Stormfrost chuckled in amusement, surprisingly he couldn't hold it back. "Of course. What patrol are you going on? Who was your mentor? Who's the leader of DeathClan? Who's the leader of our clan?" He kept asking questions but stopped short, wondering if the kit knew any of them.

What kind of questions were those, I wondered. Yet it seemed like they were very important. All I knew is... "Our leader is Darkstar. I think I saw her before during a ceremony." I don't quite remember what ceremony but I know she was definitely out there giving it.

[Stormfrost]

Stormfrost thought for a moment before responding. "Darkstar is the leader, you're right there. And the other answer you would be able to know by now would be who the leader of DeathClan is..." He looked around making sure nobody heard he was talking about DeathClan. "Drought." He finished.

I didn't like the sound of DeathClan. It sounded too much like... death...

"Are there any other clans that sound a little more lively? Or friendly?" I asked him while plopping my butt down on the ground to listen.

[Stormfrost]

Stormfrost gave a nod. Of course there are." He took notice how Whirlkit sat down and sat down also. "There are three other clans. IceClan, TreeClan, and RockClan. We belong to the fourth main one, FireClan. And DeathClan doesn't live quite like how the main clans do. It's made of rogues." Stormfrost said to Whirlkit.

There were five clans? How can one keep track of them all, I wondered. But something else caught my attention.

"What are rogues?" 

[Stormfrost]

Stormfrost didn't know whether to tell the kit or not about rogues but somehow the word managed to slip out of his mouth already. "Rogues are cats that we do not need to talk about. They are not the friendliest and if you ever go by one just stay away from it unless you were a warrior with a patrol. Defend your clan then."

It sounded pretty serious so I listened carefully. "I will never go by those things. They sound awful. Why do cats become rogues?"

[Stormfrost]

Stormfrost thought for a moment before responding with, "Maybe because they have a lot of anger built up or are mad. Maybe even a little bit crazy."

I couldn't imagine the slightest thing that would make a cat so angry or, crazy, apparently. But whatever. Maybe some cats needed to take a breather from their normal life. "Interesting theory, Stormfrost."

[Stormfrost]

Stormfrost flicked an ear. "Well then. Anyway, have you any idea what name you want when you become a warrior?" He asked trying to change the subject.

I nodded. "Yes; Whirlwind. Does that sound good?"
