Dawn padded through the thick under growth with stealth... she was every acutely aware that there wear hostile and many other foxes in this particular area. She scanned the forest with narrowed amber optics when she suddenly stepped back and growled softly she cold smell another fox in her mists she eyed the area with cation and yipped "I know your there show your self" she was new to the area but she had heard any story's as a pup of giant Foxes that ate others... she then raised her head and widened her stance to show she was a threat to anyone who was one back. She looked around and her ears swerved forward as she caught the faint rustling of a bush who ever was here would soon be known.
With a impationt hiss/growl she fluffed up a little her strange black and ocher painted pelt glistened in the spotted light she was ready.

Skylar emerged from the bush. She was a small fox with red fur and a white tail. Her black legs leaped over the underbrush and her white snout pointed far in front of her face. Her green eyes looked around. She saw the fox that had called her out, it seemed very hostile towards her, she wasn't sure why though. She yipped a quiet hello, almost too quiet for the other fox to hear but understandable. "Hello?"

her pricked ears heard a faint whisper and she turned around to see a white and red fox apear from the undergrowth all of her tension left and she relaxed she then yipped back "Hi, what is your name?" she steped closer to the other female fox then she quickly lowered her self to the ground were she was from this was a sighn of respect adn welcomeing as she layed flat she added "BY the way Im Red Dawn" she smiled a little and her amber optics glew

Skylar looked at the other fox, half relieved that she was much less tense, half worried that that is a hunting crouch. "I'm Skylar," she barked more loudly. "Nice to meet you." She put her tail high and relaxed her muscles as a sign that she meant no harm. "I like your name, it's beautiful." She yipped. She liked two-part names, they were always - almost always - beautiful. This is one of those cases.

She grinned "well pleased to meet you skylar" she stayed in her respectful crouch then tilted her head as the other female lifted her tale hight this was meant to warn, threaten, or show dominance. But her relaxed stance showed opposite she sat up and looked down bashfully "thanks you. And skaylar is a extraordinary given name very unique" she settled in a soft patch of dead pine needles and added "do you live around here?"

Skylar beamed. "Thank you," Skylar never thought her name was very unique. She never thought about her name at all. She sat down. "No, I never stay places for long. I'm a traveler." Skylar looked at Red Dawn "Do you?" She had not seen many foxes here, perhaps this fox was on the move too.

she nodded "Yes I tend to wonder from place to place" "if you know what I mean there is just never to much to see" she sat down perfectly relaxed all traces of once agresstion gone from earlyer. she then yiped "Do you love it here as much as I do"
