I checked the ceremony thread and it said for a new mentor just contact one and they could be your mentor. How am I supposed to talk to them? (idk but this question sounds weird to me whatevs)

It looks like you're in FireClan. So yes, to get a new mentor, just message an active warrior who isn't already overburdened with apprentices. If they agree, you're free to start training with them.
