Depending on the ranks (Seen as you're beta femme) I would bump them up the next available rank.
Such as, the beta female bumped up to alpha, warrior/hunter alpha(depending on male/female) would move up to beta, and then warriors and hunters move up to alpha (unless there's more. Which would result in a fight unless the warriors/hunters can agree on one leader) and the only omega we have, would move up to an apprentice or a hunter/warrior.
Of course you DON'T have to move up ranks if you don't want to, however I will send out a group PM to those to CAN move ranks by the end of the week.
