Pokémon Alpha Sapphire and Omega Ruby, Anyone?

Hey, VWW. How many of you guys have gotten Alpha Sapphire and/or Omega Ruby? What do you think of the games so far?

I was supposed to get a copy for Christmas, but my brother ended up buying me Omega Ruby yesterday, saying that because he already told me (to prevent me buying it myself), there was no point in making me wait.

I'm not 7 hours into the game and am still training in Petalburg Woods. Taking my time, not using the EXP share until after I'm finished with the Elite Four, and not getting bored with the 3D battles. c: I really love this game.

I have not played it too much yet, only just beat the second gym, but I got Alpha Sapphire as a week early birthday present from my mother because she did not want me to have to wait till the end of the month cx

The second I turned on the game my artist sensors went crazy with all the beautiful colours and brilliant graphics. I am so happy to have contests back, though I prefer Diamond/Peral style contests, it is still amazing to have them back. I am still wondering/waiting to get to the undergrounds and such! >//<

Are you like me in that you simply cannot help but to sneak up to a Pokemon if one happens to pop up in the grass? I seriously spend way too much time with that, haha!

i bought alpha sapphire the day it came out, and oh my god the nostalgia. ;~;

it's amazing so far, i don't want it to end<3

Honestly, I love the game but it feels kind of rushed and it had a few disappointments the further I got. :/ Whether it was the completely altered designs of the gym or a town or two.

Rayquaza doesn't even do the thing where he descends from the sky! That one really bothered me. :/

But, oh well. I was hoping it would be more of a trip down memory lane - which it still was! But they just changed a lot to where it was a bit less than what I expected.

The game is still definitely worth it to buy though.

Oh do I love sneaking up on pokemon in the grass, even if I already know what pokemon it is and have no intentions to catch it cx

I love how the pokedex works like the anime now where if you are in front of a pokemon you can see what pokemon it is. I really do not need the feature for anything but it sure is a cute addition, my little brother absolutely loves it ^^
