This may sound rather stupid of me, but just how exactly does a clan account turn into a rouge account?
Do you just PM a staffer, state your reason, and ask for permission? Or is their some other sort of requirement?
I 'm wondering the same thing about transferring from one clan to another.

To become a rogue you would need permission from your Clan leader. To move from one Clan to another you would need permission from your Clan leader and the destined Clan's leader.
