The small flame point she-cat was finally an apprentice, hearing the name Mothpaw was still unfamiliar to her ears, the kitten had been given the mentor Moonshine, a silver tabby she recalled being a queen for a while. Mothpaw inaudibly ambled into the apprentice den with a content smirk on her honey colored face. As she entered the den only one silhouette was visible. The new apprentice's grin widened. "Hello." She purred her voice was dreamy, and velvet as though she was in a daze.

Turtlepaw was curled up, asleep in his mossy nest. However, he was suddenly awoken by a familiar voice, which caused his bright green orbs to slowly open. He lifted his fluffy cranium, turning it to look at the young Siamese who had entered the den, "Oh hello, Mothk-paw." He meowed, almost calling her by her kit name by accident, "Sorry." He apologised, hoping he hadn't upset Mothpaw by calling her the name of her former rank.

The honeysuckle apprentice grinned as she found her own canary and arctic gaze meeting leafy orbs. "Turtlepaw!" She grinned flicking her tail dismissively to his mistake, "It's fine I'm not even used to my apprentice name yet." She chuckled in a sweet innocent voice her large eyes slowly blinking up to the tom, he was much bigger than she but she still managed to smile exposing pointy ivory teeth. "How have you been" She asked enthusiastically with a bounce on her paws.

Turtlepaw smiled, pleased that, for a change, he had done nothing wrong or nothing to upset anyone. That had always been his problem. "I've been fine, you?" He asked her cheerfully, his fur flopping over his eyes in an annoying manner.

Mothkit glanced around the den at the unfamiliar inky shadows that climbed up the bracken walls. The she-cat tilted her head towards the tom, despite her sweet and dreamy demeanor the apprentice was a blunt litter creature and plainly commented on the shady set of walls holding up the roof. "I've been good. It's sorta shabby in here isn't it?" She asked with a chuckle raising one of her brows to the tom before her heterochromia darted back to the rust colored bracken.

Turtlepaw's almost neon gaze focussed on the Flame Point Siameses' movement, the fluffy calico turned his unusually large cranium after she did to see what she had seen. "Yeah... It's not the most exciting of places, the Nursery was loads better if you ask me." His ginger ear flicked and he turned his vision away from the dull sight.

Mothpaw grinned at the thought of the Nursery her mind floating in waves of memories. Seconds later Mothpaw's gaze was scanning the messy nests covering the den floor, "I haven't made a nest yet..." She murmured, glancing towards Turtlepaw with large eyes, "Would you help me out?" The eccentric apprentice sweetly asked with an enchanting grin.

The calico twitched his tiny stump tail and meowed in response, "Sure I will." And with a dip of his head, he stood up and shook anything that may have entwined itself into his annoying long, silky pelt, "I'll go get some fresh moss, most of the stuff here's full of dirt and stuff like that." He explained, acting less dumb than he usually did. A few seconds later, Turtlepaw stepped out of the Apprentices' Den and clawed the nearest tree, looking like a 'doofus'.

The flame point apprentice grinned as she realized the tom seemed of of had a sweet side to him. "Thank you Turtlepaw," She purred in an angelic voice a small smile on her pretty face. The new apprentice followed the tom outside and waited in front of the apprentice den, her heterochromia scanning his funny moss technique. Mothpaw giggled before bouncing over to help him. However her attempt was just like his. Eventually there was a good amount of moss laying on the roots of the tree.

Turtlepaw continued to claw at the tree while also responding to Mothpaw's reacting, "You're welcome." He smiled, his whiskers twitching. A cat like smile formed on his white, ginger and black face as Mothpaw started to help him claw moss from the tree, he laughed warmly to himself at her attempt. Afterwards, he looked at the moss on the tree roots and dropped down back onto all four of his large, white paws. "I think we've got enough," he picked up some of the moss and started to walk slowly away towards the Apprentices' Den, "Where would you like it?" He asked, awaiting an answer.

The ginger she-cat grinned picking up moss and following the calico tom towards the apprentice den. Mothpaw looked around the musky area her brows raised, "Hmm.. where do you suggest I should sleep? I don't want to take anybodies spot on accident." She purred pushed herself through the den to stand next to Turtlepaw blinking her large blue and yellow eyes enchantingly.

Turtlepaw walked two paces towards the Apprentices' Den before standing at it's entrance, "I recommend somewhere near the middle," he continued, "There's not many cats there, it's warmer and easier to reach." He explained, waiting for Mothpaw to enter the Den before stepping in himself.

Mothpaw silently stepped into the den dipped her head to Turtlepaw, "The middle does look nice doesn't it..." She grinned, the only issue would be the fact there was not much space in the middle, the petite apprentice would probably end up crushed against her den mates. Mothpaw tip toes over the nests towards the middle and set down her moss in a small open area, near her spot she could smell moss that seemed to belong to Turtlepaw by the sent. "How about here?" She asked with a little bounce of her honeysuckle paws.

Turtlepaw mrrowed, looking at Mothpaw as she walked in and set down her moss near where the tom had made his, he placed one of his white paws in a little, watching her as she found a spot, "Ok," he meowed, approving of her choice, "it's right next to mine," he purred, stepping fully into the den.

Mothpaw grinned to Turtlepaw glancing towards the area she suspected to be his nest. "Awesome! I guess we're destined to become friends." She giggled, winking her ocean colored eye her ear playfully flicking as was her tail. Mothpaw hooked the moss in her claws and began to build a nest her gaze flickering towards Turtlepaw, she wanted to be sure she was making the nest right.
