Starlingkit was so in awe by the crowded nursery, there were so many new kittens! He wondered if he'd be able to meet them all before they left to become apprentices. He quivered with excitement; how he sure hoped so! He lashed his tail and looked around, his blue-green eyes gleaming as he looked around for somone new to meet. The silver tom had only one friend so far, but she'd already moved up in the world with the other apprentices. She had been really nice and all, but he was ready to meet these new kits.
Sorry it's a bit short. I'll post more when I get more inspiration. All cats are welcome, just keep an order.

Mallowkit couldn't wait to join his sister in the apprentices' den. Ever since about a moon or two ago, there had been a large influx of kits, some from the queens and some from the female warriors of the clan. The nursery had quickly become a source of noise and life, and although the white tom was happy about IceClan's good fortune, he wasn't very fond of all the chaos within the den.
The large kitten wove around stumbling, giggling kittens all younger than him, his posture tense. He wasn't used to being around so many before, and he was even more reluctant to be in the same den as other males. Mallowkit flattened his ears, stopping just short of another kitten, and with his luck, happened to be a tom, too. Mallowkit tried to hold back a hiss, and instead settled for a forced, "Hey."

Starlingkit stilled, his mind beginning to wander as he thought about how he'd be an apprentice soon. Although, despite the popular opinion, the silver tom actually wanted to remain in the nursery for a little bit, not too long. He'd given it plenty of thought before and actually thought it plenty beneficial. He'd be able to mature more and he'd get to meet more cats. It was a soundproof plan in his opinion. That was when he felt a presence. He turned his head and saw a tom who seemed a few whiskers short of cat, in other words he wasn't happy. He backed up, running through a list of what he might do or say to set this cat at ease. It was quite obvious he wasn't at all comfortable. "I'm sorry, am I in your way?" He asked, his eyes round and a slight smile etched onto his mouth. He dipped his head, "The name's Starlingkit."

Glowkit, as all young kits were, was very excited. She wanted to meet some other cats in her clan; she'd only met her mother and one other kit. Without really processing what she was doing, she stood up and padded through the nursery. A moment later, she came to a stop. A big figure loomed in front of her. Well, not big exactly, but bigger than her. Probably an older kit or an apprentice. Nervous, she looked up at the cat. "H-hi. What's your name? I'm Glowkit! Sorry I'm rambling, it's something I tend to do when I get nervous!"
