Eli padded quietly into the two-leg town. He'd never seen it before, and had decided he'd like to take a peek. But as he came across the long stretch of black road, he rethought his actions. Maybe I shouldn't have come. It smells bad, he peered toward the other side of the road, catching sight of what looked like a cat on the other side. Maybe I'll make some allies while I'm here - or recruit some members.
"Hey!" He called across the street with a friendly grin. As the cars finished passing, he realized that it was, indeed, a cat.

The grey tuxedo tom perked his ears as a voice reached him, calling out a greeting. "Hello, brother!" He called back with his own grin, making his way towards the cat who called him. He'd never seen him around before. Gemini situated himself on his haunches, peering down at the other cat (considering he is absolutely huge). Contrasting to the terrible scents around them, the smell of incense clung heavily to Gemini's thick fur. "Are you lost?"

Eli barely caught the long-haired males words as cars roared by. He struggled to see, watching as Gemini cross the road with what seemed like ease. Brother? "Hm? I don't believe we are brothers!" He called back with a laugh. Unlike most DeathClanner's, the long-furred male was quite pleasant. As the kittypet sat in front of him, he eyed his jingled collar. Eli was big, but definitely not bigger than his new companion. "Not yet," he replied with a chuckle. "I live right through there - in the forest," he nodded t the trees behind a row of houses. He caught a whiff of Gemini's pelt, almost wanting to jerk back and leave because of the sudden, strong scent.
"I'm Eli. I couldn't figure out how to cross this road of yours." He bent down to sniff at the pavement, jerking back as another one of the metal vehicles roared by. "I've seen it but I've never tried crossing. Do cats get hit a lot here? Or is there some kittypet trick to cross?" He asked, glancing back and studying the other tom. He seemed well toned enough, maybe even as Clanner. But he had a collar. "I suspect your a kittypet, yeah? You live around here?" he asked, referring to the row of houses across the road.

"Kittypet? I was called that earlier, by a cat that smelled much like you and came from the woods. Do you two live together?" Gemini asked, examining the cat before him. "I guess that's your term for it? Brothers a term among the folk that live around here - it means friend." The tom said with a small laugh. "I can teach you, there's a certain trick to it ya see that no outsiders know about." Gemini said with with a smile, "If you'd like."

I'm sure - that or a Clan cat. You can never really tell, unless your one of them, of course." He chuckled. "Did this other cat you happened across come from DeathClan? If so, then yes. That's where I come from too - don't worry, it isn't as menacing as it sounds," he laughed. Well, it wasn't necessarily true. Drought certainly was, but most of the members were not - which was becoming a problem for the group. "What was his name?" He inquired.
"Oh, could you? That'd be wonderful! I'm sure it would help some of us out a lot if we could manage to not get hit by these huge, shiny things," he chuckled. "I'm sorry, I didn't catch your name?"
