( Mousefeather only please.) I padded through the IceClan camp, blinking snow away from my tiny eyes. It was very cold out today, and I was heading back to the nursery to go rest, maybe eat some prey or take a nap even. About five taillengths away from the nursery, I spotted a young warrior looking at me from a spot by the freshkill pile. Curious, I padded over to her, tripping a few times in the process. "Hello!" I said, giving the older cat a dip of my head in respect. "My name is Melodykit! What is yours?" I asked, my voice coming out as a squeak. (Yeah, sorry, I forgot I'm supposed to be shy....xD)

(Is kay lol xD but I gotta ask how do you do that tagging thing? I hope it doesn't confuse you if I dont type in first person, if it does I dont mind switching to it lol ) Mousefeather was near the fresh kill pile, laying the cold snow. The cold didn't seem to bother her much, seeing as she was nothing but fluff. Her cyrstal eyes watched the black and white kit crossing the clearing. Curious, watchful. Then it seemed as if the kit noticed her watching and headed in her direction, speaking to her. Although the half blind shecat made to get up every time the kit tripped, she remained in her spot. Paw on the ever growing cold Thrush. "Well hello there, Melodykit." She returned the head dip, smiling. "Im Mousefeather." She tilted her head to the side and waved her ploom of a tail, montioning for Melodykit to join her, "Come share this Thrush with me, if you want? Is it your first time out of the nursery?"

(sorry for the late reply! Also, don't worry about the first person thing. I usually type that way too xD Also, to do the tagging, put an @ and then type the member's username (Which can be obtained by looking at their profile or moving your mouse over the person's name) Ex: @//mousefeather Take out the // and you get Mousefeather) I couldn't help but like this cat already. I didn't know what it was about her--her tone, attitude, whatever--but she seemed nice. Mousefeather. That's a nice name. I thought. "I like your name!" I squeaked, not sure why I wasn't acting my usual shy self. When Mousefeather offered me thrush, I almost jumped out of my pelt with excitement. I'd never had prey before, and it smelled very good. Rushing to the thrush, I squeaked "Yes please!" and started eating the thrush, feeling the warm, juicy flavors sink into my mouth, causing a rush of ecstasy through my body. "And yes....it is my first time out of my nursery. It's so amazing out here!" she purred in a high-pitched voice.

(Sorry for late reply on my end as well, ^^' and okay I won't worry about it xD oh okay thats how that works! Thanks!)
Mousefeather purred, this kittens excitement was adorably cute. "I like your name to." The she-cat watched kit dive into the thrush, "Well Welcome to the camp, Melodykit! Before long you'll be jumping through the mountains." Mousefeather took a bit of the thrush and chewed slowly. "I remember my first hunt, it was so cool." she looked down at her, smiling, "But im sure you wouldn't want to hear an old cats story." Mousefeather tucked her paws under her and tilted her head to the side, ears going askrew. She defiantly was old, more of a young warrior, getting closeto senior everyday. Some cats would be mistake her for being a seasoned apprentice since she was no bigger then apprentice about to get her warrior name.

(Welcome! Mousefeather, sorry for the late reply....again. I really need to keep this account more active) "Thank you!"I said. My own name was rather unusual, so I was glad that the warrior didn't find it strange. With a look of excitement, I then said, "Oh, yes please! Please tell me your story! I'd love to hear it!" I was so excited! Most warriors around here didn't spend the time telling her stories, and the elder's were scarce and grumpy, usually sleeping forever. Whenever I tried to visit them, they'd ask me to change there bedding and go get them prey!

( Melodysong, im so so so so sorry! I ran into some complications in real life, and was unable to reply. Gah if feel like a jerk for taking so long to reply! ) Mousefeather purred at the kits enthusiasm, her tail flicked the kit over the shoulder, "Alright!" She put a paw on her chin and thought back for a moment, her first hunt was most likely a mouse. But that would be to boring! Oh! The hare from her Assessment! "Okay so I lied, this isn't my first hunt, since my first was a boring old mouse." She tilted her head, ears going askew. "But I remember my best hunt, it was a Hare during my assessment. I tracked it for ages it seemed, luckly it left a blood trail. It must of had a run in with a dog or something before me. Anyways! I finally caught up to it, and it was just sitting their munching on its grass." She paused looking down at the kit, with a cat like sly grin.

Nah, don't worry about it~ I've been pretty inactive too lately
I looked up at the warrior in amazement. "That's so awesome! Do you think I'll be able to hunt like you one day?" I asked in an awed voice. I'd always wanted to do two things in my life: be a Clan leader, which wasn't likely to happen, and have kits. However, if neither of those were possible, I'd be equally happy with being the best warrior I could be.
