A golden paw stepped inside the den. Sunpaw entered the den, scanning around with his wide, curious blue eyes. He spotted an empty nest. He carefully walked over the other nests, whether they were empty or occupied, to reach the empty nest. He leaned his two forepaws into the empty nest, then he curled up in the nest. It was nice to have his own nest... Then suddenly some cat prodded him. Sunpaw lifted his head. "Do you need something?" He asked politely.

Leafpaw was sleeping when she
noticed that there was a new
scent inside the den,and this
scent was familiar...
Her ice blue orbs focused on the
golden tom and she remembered
It might be one of the new apprentices
And she padded towards her
denmate
"Sunpaw?Do you remember me?"
The she cat asked calmly.
Leafpaw would be happy if he remembered
but of he didn't she wouldn't
become angry at all |

Sunpaw tipped his head to the side. "... You were at my apprentice ceremony, right? I imagine you were there for someone else's ceremony, though." He guessed. Sunpaw straightened himself. "What is your name? You never said."

Sunpaw blinked. It was a memory that was a little fuzzy, but it was there. "I think I remember now. Murkykit wanted to play moss ball without using your paws." He smiled. "It's nice to see you again Leafpaw." By now, the memory had cleared up. He remembered in fact, there were four kits involved, not just three. Himself, Leafpaw, Murkykit, and Tidalkit. It was a nice little memory, he made a note to keep a tighter hold on it for the future.

Snowpaw walks into her new den and sees Sunpaw. She had met Sunpaw once as a kit. She walked across the den and curled up in her nest.

The she cat offered a warm smile
"I'm glad to hear that you
remember me"
Leafpaw said with a friendly mew
to the golden tom.The white and
brown she cat's ears prickled as
she heard the other new apprentice
coming inside.It happened to be
Snowpaw,the only reason that Leafpaw
knew her name was because she
was at Snowpaw's ceremony
"Snowpaw right?Nice to meet
you!"
She mewed calmly,hoping that she
didn't wake up the she cat or something

Sunpaw only just noticed Snowpaw was now in the den. He briefly wore a look of surprise, but then he smiled. "It's nice to see you again, Snowpaw. We're apprentices now, funny how times flies, eh?" He mewed jovially. He remembered the time he had spent with Snowpaw. They weren't exactly friends quite yet, but he was confident enough to say they were on good terms.

Snowpaw simply lowered her head down and tried to sleep. 'Ok.' she murmured sadly. Why did Sageleaf have to die. She thought. she knew that no cat can live forever, but still. Couldn't she have died in a less painful way. At least it was an honorable death. Snowpaw thought

Sunpaw looked at Snowpaw thoughtfully. He leaned towards Snowpaw's nest and lay a paw on her shoulder. "You seem sad, I won't tell you to cheer up because you can be sad if you need to. But I do want to tell you, if you need help you can come talk to me anytime." He gave her a warm smile. "Count on it."

Leafpaw saw the sad expression on Snowpaw's face Maybe Sageleaf's death I guess...Willowlight will miss her so much The White and brown apprentice dipped her head in respect towards the dead ginger warrior "May Cloudclan bless her soul..."

Snowpaw nodded to both of the other apprentices. Then she looked up. 'Why did Sageleaf have to die?' She asked, 'Her wounds... It must have been a painful death' She said and she couldn't stop the tears as they started to rolodex her face.

Sunpaw swallowed. "I... I can't answer that question. I don't think any cat really knows, not even Cloudclan." He closed his eyes. "I saw those terrible wounds too. I try not to think about it..." Then he opened his vibrant blue eyes to look Snowpaw in the eyes. It slightly hurt him to see his clanmate like this.
