The Badlands is a new location. A desolate wasteland with little in the way of plant life, it is a rather hostile environment. There are many dangers, since birds of prey like to circle in the sky above. During the day, the relentless sun makes this area scorching hot, but it tends to be freezing cold during winter.
Though there is no controlling group, gangs of rogues live in the Quarry.
