[DeShay]

Marionette

DeShay creeped along the shadows of the alley-way of twolegplace, watching the weird-looking cat. Her face was different... sorta like a twoleg toy... a puppet. He shook his head as he stalked, and still staying in the shadows, said in a deep voice. "Hello, young one. I see that you are alone... with no-one to protect you..."

[Marionette]

Marionette jumped at the sound of a voice, her blind eyes giving off a small twinkle as she turned her head, "Hello... Who are you?" She was confused on whether to stay friendly or attack.

[DeShay]

"Oh, a friend and a foe. A shadow, the Prince of the Unknown, to be exact." Targeting Marionette's blind spot, he jumped out, claws unsheathed, about to hit her for sure.

[Marionette]

Marionette tilted her head. What was this 'Prince of the unknown' talking about?
She tried to work it out in her head but was cut off thinking when hit her. She fell but leaped back with her claws unsheathed, screaming.

DeShay finally showed his true face. He gave a wicked grin, looking up at her, his eyes devoid of any emotion but anger, and the look that he wanted to murder her. He slowly started to circle the girl, and began laughing. "I actually have a home. But it seems you only hang around here. It's like you're a twoleg puppet!"




(See what I did there? *wink* *wink* *nudge* *nudge* )

[Marionette]

(Yesh)

Marionette growled silently, "Why are you proud of having a home?" She said curiously in a suddenly calm voice. "Funny you say that." Marionette flicked her ear.

[DeShay]

"Because!" He growled. "In the group I come from, we all have each others' backs. We protect each other. We're family. We may not be blood-relatives, but the people who treat you like my friends in the blackguards, they count as family! With a home comes friends! Now enough chit-chat! It's time for me to rip your heart out!" He jumped at the she-cat, aiming to slash at her muzzle.

[Marionette]

Marionette flattened her ears as she heard DeShay speak of his group and how they were like family. She remembered she had a family once. But they were gone now. She suddenly became shocked when the grey tabby slashed her muzzle and said he would rip her heart out. Marionette fell onto the ground, her long black claws extending to their full length, "Why do you not like me, huh?" She screamed quietly, placing her black paw over her badly bleeding face.

[DeShay]

"Why, do you not know how to fight? If you joined my group I could help you with that, I could train you. You're young, and to live out here you need to learn how to survive. I'm a ranger for the blackguards. Do you want me to train you?" He asked, sheathing his claws, his fur flattening down. He showed that he wasn't a threat.

(If she says yes I could actually train you. If she says yes, I think the thread should end, and you should post in the blackguard signups, and say that you're going to be a trainee trained by DeShay)

[Marionette]

"I don't really fight often. I just jump at people and they get scared at night." Marionette then tilted her head, "Join you. I would love to as long as you don't 'rip my heart out'" She spoke with slight attitude.

[DeShay]

"I'll see you at the camp. It's located at the quarry." He said, and with a nod, he turned around and left.
