I want to RP as a loner. Should I just go ahead and RP in the Plains and Quarry, or do I need to do something first?

I believe that you can just go head and roleplay in there.

You are free to rp as a loner, rogue or kittypet in the appropriate boards straight away.
The only thing requiring registration in the Loner/Rogue boards is Deathclan, which you do not have to join.
