Applepaw walked into the Apprentices' Den nervously. He had been recently made an apprentice along with numerous other cats and was terrified to join the others. He was scared of not fitting in... Of being different. What if the older cat's didn't like him? What would he do then? Hide in fear for the rest of his life only to become a warrior and be forced to join them once again? Suddenly, he heard a noise. "Whose there?"

littlepaw froze she had wanted a quick nap, and she knew she wasn't allowed. a small voice in her head was constantly bugging her "you shouldn't have and now you are going to get in big trouble" it said. littlepaw gulped took a step forward where applepaw could see her, she blushed and covered her blind eye "h-hello"

Earthpaw opened one of her dark-green glowing eyes. Her one-eyed gaze swept the den. With a groan she got to her squirrel-size paws and shook moss off of her thick tabby pelt. The tabby apprentice was already growing to near adult height despite only just becoming an apprentice. Despite being constantly insecure about herself, due to her size, she wanted to greet as many apprentices as possible. "Hi... Whoever you guys are. Im Earthpaw. Nice to-" She was cut off as her sharp jaws parted in a yawn. Earthpaw's eyes sparkled and a smile grew across her face, as she straightened up. "Nice to meet you. Maybe we can hang out some time? Anyways... I got to go patrol the border with Snowblossom soon... sooooo yeah... See you lot later then." The she cat swiftly launched herself out of the entrance.
