Nightkit looked around sitting on a ledge in the nursery den, her dark blue eyes scanning the area a dangerous grin on her face. She was on the hunt looking for one cat in particular her first made friend. Stormkit. The little kit feared danger but she was going to change that cause danger was fun and as far as Nightkit was concerned danger couldn't kill her.

"What?!" Screeched Stormkit, "And what did I say about calling me Stormy?" He walked up to Nightkit. "So what was it you needed of me? Was there something you wanted to show me?"

"Would your prefer squiggles, or fluffybottom, or stormybaby, or princess? I could come up with some many, baby cheeks!!" she said while in mid air, and then she looked at him and grinned. "Nupe! Just bored, you wanna go explore?!" she asked with a grin on her face. | |

"I don't want to get germs! Boys have germs from what mama tells me and I don't want to get infected with whatever it is that you have!" she cried with a glare and then she ran out of the nursery on her long legs and twirled around her butt in the air as she crouched down. "Come on! Where going to be dangerous and sneak out of camp!" she purred. | |

"Sneak out of camp?" whispered Stormkit, "Isn't that against the rules?" Stormkit was starting to wonder why Nightkit would do such a thing. "Mama always said stay in camp, it's dangerous out there for kittens an-" he cut himself off. "Oh that's why you want to do this. It's to get me to 'love danger' right?"

just like a firetruck | Stormpaw • you can count • I got permission from Darkstar to sneak out of camp for all you stalkers reading this <3 She looked at him and rolled her eyes "Oh is little Stormy being a baby? Is he a mama's boy.. oh boohoo!! But Nightkit something can eat me out there.. mama always said to fear danger and I'm afraid of danger.. oh.." she whined with a groan as she stood up and leaped into a bush that was in the back of the nursery and then turned and poked her head out.
"Guess your to much of a baby to have a friend like me, fine stay here and be bored little Stormy baby cheeks! But im going to go have fun and enjoy my life, listen to the rules. Be lame, see if I care. Lame..." she groaned and then turned back into the bush as she crawled her way out of camp.
Little baby.. not wanting to sneak out just cause his mama told him to, psh.. hes so afraid of danger, its just sad. she thought. Then she pushed out and let out a gasp. "Oh Cloudclan.. this is beautiful.." she mewled and then started running with a grin. | |

Something twisted inside of Stormkit, he didn't know what is was, but he quickly ran up to Nightkit and pounced on her. And with a twisted grin he said, "Didn't mama teach you not to play with sharp things?" He hopped off of Nightkit and sat up. "I'm going to leave the camp. We'll play life of the wild, eat or be eaten? Strongest of the fittest survives ya? Well I'm going to be upset if I die now. Come at me danger, I'm waiting for your embrace." Stormkit stood up on his hind legs as he felt the gentle breeze shaking his silk gray fur in the sunlight.

She glared at him and then laughed "I did it I finally have broken mama's little boy!" she squeaked and then when he got off she rolled and then leaped on her paws as she ran forward and turned her head to look back at him. "Mama told me to fear danger, but I don't listen. Sharp things are my toys Stormy~ just like everything is more dangerous at night." she purred
The she-cat began to walk backwards. "Oh Stormy our friendship is going to be a lot better now that your embracing danger sweetie, now come on we have a whole world to explore!" she squeaked and then turned and ran with her large legs taking long strides and then laughing and looking at the world around her. "Can't believe how big this place is!" | |

"Me neither," replied Stormkit following Nightkit, "Danger has always been a fear, but now I'm ready to take it on!" He ran ahead of Nightkit, "Come on the faster we go the more we'll see before sundown!" Stormkit smiled toward Nightkit as he was running ahead.

just like a firetruck | Running beside the tom she looked at him and grinned. "Who says we have to go back at sundown? I say we stay out here tonight you and me Stormy! We can find a old cave and sleep in there for the night. Unless your scared~" she cooed and then grinned and turned her head and then looked down as she felt something run across her paws.
"MOUSE!" the she-cat screamed and charged forward in a blur as she leaped onto a low branch of a tree one of the only trees in Iceclan, her fur sticking straight up and eyes wide. If there was one thing Nightkit feared it was mice. | |

"I'm perfectly fine with sleeping in a cave tonight," Stormkit sneered, "I'm just worried for Mama. I don't want her worrying about my whereabouts. Also, are you afraid of mice, Ms. Ilovedangerbecauseit'ssofun?" Stormkit snickered at the 'fraidy cat in the tree. "I still need to find a fear ya know, I wasn't expecting this." Stormkit crouched down towards where Nightkit was looking and pounced into the bush. He swiped at the mouse and caught it with his mouth. "I don't see why you're so afraid of this," he mumbled with the mouse still trying to escape his jaws.

just like a firetruck | Anger flared in her eyes and then she looked at him. "I don't know what your talking about.. I'm not afraid of nothing. I'm fearless!" the she-cat said and puffed out her chested then laughed. "Your ma won't worry about you doll face, your with the best kit ever!" she said and then screamed when he had the mouse in his jaws.
The she-cat put her paw in the air and screamed and tried scrambling further in the tree as she stood now on the fourth branch and looked at him. "Put that disease infested thing down!" she screeched. The she-cat narrowed her eyes then she looked at him. "Come on lets look for a den.." she muttered. | |

Stormkit complied and dropped the mouse, which scurried away. "Alright just come down now, let's go find a den, what should we look for: a cave, a tree, maybe a hole in a big tree even? Ah but that's just me getting over my head," said Stormkit. He sat down and began cleaning his paw that had swiped the mouse earlier, as he was waiting for Nightkit to come down.

just like a firetruck | She let out a sigh of relief and then pounced down as she padded forward and then laughed. "Just a cave, there isn't many trees in Iceclan." she mewled and then looked at him turned her head to the side. "Oh my gosh WATER!" she squealed and then charged forward and jumped straight in it doing a little doggy paddle.
