The she-cat yawned and then limped out after him. She flicked her tail. "This is ours now, this is our clubhouse." she declared and then went to the stream as she lapped up some water and then she looked at him. "Quit worrying bout your mother, your almost a apprentice for Cloudclans sake, what are you going to do when your a warrior? Sleep in the nursery, come on dangerous cats don't worry bout themselves or others." she mewled with a grin. "When it comes to having fun with danger that is." she muttered looking down at her leg.
"I don't wanna get this checked the medicine cats are scary." she mewled.

"Like I said last night, fear is hard to overcome, you should at least get it checked to make sure it's not something more serious. I know that I'm almost an apprentice, but I don't like it when others are worrying about me," explained Stormkit. He began to retrace their steps up the stream, slowly thinking to himself.

"Eh I know I have to its just the fact of not wanting to." she mewled and then yawned as she stretched again and then she charged in front of him and began walking backwards. "Your a big boy now, they ain't gonna worry bout you." she mewled with a grin as she blinked her green-blue eyes that were gray right now from just waking up.

The tom understood what the she-cat had explained, but something else was bothering him, something deeper than his shy and safety cat form. It bothered him and it was quite obvious in the tom's silence towards the she cat.

Stormy had gone silent, the she-cats eyes got wide and then she stopped dead. "HEY!" she hissed spreading her legs with narrowed her eyes. "Excuse me why the Darkpool did you go quiet that's not okay?" she questioned with a glare. She went up to him. "Is the danger life bothering you?"

"No it's not that, do you ever feel like you have a darker you caged inside and with the right words or events it breaks loose? The me that you saw back at camp when I pounced on you wasn't me, or the real me," explained the tom. "I don't know what to do about it, I had no control over it, it just happened." Stormkit began to look sad as if he had done something wrong.

The she-cat blinked "Wow hey don't go all weird on me now." she mewled and the narrowed her eyes. "But yes, I do know what you mean." she mewled and then the she-cat shrugged. "Whatever its nothing, you did no harm to no one, will just call it pushing of the buttons." she said and turned back around as she dove into the bush she had used to leave camp. "Lets go." she mewled.

"Yeah it's probably not going to happen again, I agree we should go," Stormkit replied knowing that the more time they waste the easier it was for them to be noticed missing. He began walking towards where they had once came from with Nightkit.

She made her way back into camp and then turned to him and grinned. "So you ready to be a apprentice mister Stormy?" she asked and then blinked her gray eyes and let out a yawn. "I think I woke up to early." she muttered as she swayed from side to side.

"I'm ready for responsibility," said Stormkit proudly, "I can get used to being outside the camp." He smiled towards the she-cat. "Oh and thank you for showing me that there was nothing to be afraid of Nightkit," he managed to say under his shy tone.

"That's my job! Dangers my friend and now its yours too!" she said with a big grin. "But ya I'm not not ready for responsibility I'm just ready for a bit more freedom." she stated and then blinked her eyes and chuckled. "Wait- why you being all shy mister?" she questioned.

"I'm just a little shy towards you, that's all," Stormkit managed to spit out. "You've been the only one who was ever really nice to me. I mean Fallenkit was nice, but nothing like you. You may have made fun of my fear of danger, but you are still a really great friend. You showed me the way to my mental freedom and I thank you. I don't know why you chose me rather than the other cats at the nursery to be friends with, but you did. You so far mean everything in my life, I have no other friends and I'm not going to see Ma much more when I become an apprentice and a warrior, so you mean much more than you think to me. I thought I should let you know that," said Stormkit. He smiled towards Nightkit and proceeded into camp.

Stopping, the she-cat turned her head and then blinked. "Uhh..." was all she managed to squeak out not sure what to say to that. She just shook her head and turned into the nursery and then stopped and leaped into the bedding she shared with her mother. She just buried her head into her mothers pelt and ignored everything. What he said was.. off.
