Redpaw nodded. She snuck around to where she as suppose to be, and waited. Eventually, Nightpaw did the scaring part-whatever it was-and two rabbits darted out. Her white fur spiked up instantly, and she lunged forward-plucking one of the rabbits and snapping the neck. The other dashed towards where Nightpaw was.

Nightpaw saw a rabbit come barreling towards her so she seized the moment and jumped into its path and fought to keep the animal that was only a bit smaller than herself pinned to the ground. Red paw had sucsessfully killed a rabit so Nightpaw called to her friend "come help me! I can't hold it much longer!"

Redpaw bounded over, watching as Nightpaw nearly lost her catch. But she placed a paw on the rabbit's back, then another, until she had ! all four pads squishing the poor thing into the dirt. She would let Nightpaw give the killing bite, though.


Once her friend had done so, Redpaw got off and laughed triumphantly at the catch. "Awesome! We make the best team!"

"Yeah, we do" she said, laughing as she picked up the rabbit. " let's get these back to camp and then I'll teach you how to swim" she said flicking her tail excitedly. Nightpaw knew the perfect place for swimming, it was nice and shallow so you paws always stayed on the ground, but it got deeper closer to the middle and then shallow again. Even in the middle Nightpaw could keep her head above the water
