Raggedpaw padded into the medicine cat with two snakes slung over his back. He was still elated at having passed his warrior assessment, but since he couldn't feel his leg it wasn't that great. He dropped the snakes the sat down with a huff. "Hello?" The young tom called out, looking around. "I need a little assistance and....I bought lunch."

"Oh hello!" Gullcry called out. He hadn't seen that Raggedpaw had walked into the den. He was that busy sorting out his herbs, "Coming!" The young tom walked over from the back of the den. He fluffed his tail and looked at the tabby with a half smile, "Hunting gone wrong, huh?" He asked rhetorically before taking a few steps away to grab some herbs he thought might be useful, "What exactly was it that hurt you? It was a snake right?" He asked, tilting his head. He expected it to be the creature that he mentioned but it could may as well be something else.

Raggedpaw smiled pleasantly as Gullcry emerged. "Assessment actually, though I still managed to pass. Redfern let me keep going till it was over." He nudged one of the snakes closer, a look of disdain on his face. "This actually. Grazed my leg when I was trying to catch it. My leg is only numb right now, but I don't know a great deal about snake bites." After a while it had simply given out, and he couldn't reall stand on it much now.

Sorry this was so late.
Gullcry nodded slightly, grabbing some herbs from the back. Goldenrod and dock. It was probably a bit much but hey, he wasn't the most experienced medicine cat in the world.
He placed a goldenrod poltice on the wound along with dock in case of infection.
"Just try not to get it infected or anything and come to me if you have anymore problems. He smiled.

"I will," Raggedpaw assured the medicine cat with a grateful smile. "Thanks Gullcry, you're pretty cool." Even if he didn't get to show it much, the tabby had a lot of respect for medicine cats and the work they did. Not that he could ever imagine doing it himself. With a last thankful nod he stood and limped from the den, taking care of his injured leg.
