Horizonshadow yawned and padded into camp. Today was a lazy day, and that's how he was treating it. Groaning, he lay on his back and looked up at the sky as he flicked his ear. Sense Dawnbriar became a warrior and became mates with Lightheart he's had no one to talk to. He groaned and flicked his tail from side to side, he knew Silverpaw needed training but he was just growing up to fast to be trained. He would have his final and be a warrior before he knew it and then he would be lonely again. With a sigh he rolled on his side and then looked around for someone to talk to.

Dawnbriar woke up lying in the warriors den. "New day, dawnbriar, time to get up." She said to herself as she sat up and padded out of the den. She stretched and yawned, she spotted her former mentor and slightly smiled. It had been a few days after lightfall died and dawnbriar still had scars from the last eagle attack on her, willowpaw, and coalfoot. She padded up to her mentor and mewed, "How's it going, horizonshadow?"

The tom yawned and then rolled on his stomach and looked over to see his old apprentice Dawnbriar, her grinned. "How funny I was just thinking bout ya Dawnbriar.. man you've grown." he purred and then lay his head on his paws as he blinked his ocean blue eyes. "I've been lazy, but ok and yourself?" the male asked as he flicked his tail from side to side. Then without another word he got up and went over to her and wrapped his tail around her putting his head on hers.
"I heard about Lightfall... I'm gravely sorry.." he whispered.

"I've been good, though I have this headache, who knew eagle could do so much pain, giving me a beating to the head, killing lightfall, it needs to be stopped soon." Dawnbriar meowed while rubbing her head with her paw. "Do you think other clans are having trouble too?" She questioned her former mentor. It was weird, she felt like other clans are suffering along with iceclan.

The light streamed into the brambles of the warrior den, hitting the face of a slender russian blue she-cat. Flightfoot groaned before she opened her large, royal blue eyes and stretched her body. As each bone popped in a beautiful melody, she purred in delight. She stood up and walked out into the camp, seeing many shades of pelts sunning themselves, eating, or sharing tongues. She let her gaze fall onto two young warriors talking and decided to go talk to them. "Hello there."

Dawnbriar waved her tail at the cat coming toward them. "Hiya!" She meowed, she flicked her torn ear. She couldn't help it, it was a true habit. "I'm dawnbriar, this is horizonshadow." She meowed as she motioned her tail toward her former mentor. "What's your name?"
