another one bites the dust [o]

I slowly blinked open my eyes, blearily noting that my new den hadn't been cleared out yet. Huffing out an irritated breath, I pushed aside the massive stacks of twigs and leaves, trying to scrabble my way out of my underground.. sorta.. cave den. It was definitely rocky with a cave-like feel to it, but it was underground. Up above ground my den hole was covered by the back of a raspberry bush. 

After awhile, it was clear there were two massive piles of leaves and sticks. With another irritated sigh, I started to roll the bundles out of my den. It was cleaning day after all.

The tall youngling explored the land, long legs making her steps faster. She scented a another cat. Curiosity taking over the young cat, she takes her fast steps of track to follow the scent. Noticing a ginger cat, She hesitates to figure out what she was doing, "Hello?" She greets, uncertainty taking over the voice.

[Flare]

I jumped violently when I heard another cat's voice. "Hello?"

Flushing I turned around, pushing the mass of leaves against a nearby tree. "Hello there!" I beamed at the other cat cheerfully, despite my embarrassment.

"May I help you?"

The she-cat felt a bit bad when the cat jumped. Did she scare her? "I'm sorry-" She said as the cat turned around but was met with a optimistic hello before she could finish the apology. "I was just wondering what you where doing." She said, giving an answer to her question.
