Spiderstar was no fan of pranks. Especially ones done by his own clan-mates. Treeclan was supposed to be the to Clan, setting examples for the others. It was to have noble warriors, and hard working apprentices. So when a thing of dirt and ants found it's way onto Spiderstar's pelt in the middle of the night, he couldn't help but feel like quite literally ripping a tail off.
The cats to blame weren't exactly difficult to find. Their scents were literally right there at his den. He shook the critters from his pelt. Either they were sleeping, or were so shocked from being thrown that they weren't biting him. Or, well, it also might've been that he had very long fur. Probably option C.
He padded out of his den, forcing himself to smile. There would be no good from waking up the entire Clan just to scold some pranksters. He spotted Geckopaw pretty quickly, and trotted up to her, attempting to look happy. He had never met the she-cat, but he knew she was old enough to know better. "Geckopaw, would you care to explain why I woke up to the lovely feeling of dirt and ants being thrown into my den? See, I wanted to congratulate the person who did it. It isn't often a cat manages to prank a leader." He purred, giving her a smile. "So if you know who the prank king, or queen, is, I'd love to know. I want to give them a reward." He purred sweetly.
