Nightmares 3: [Open]

    Rosekit kept running though the dark and damp woods, something was chasing her. She ran and ran, but only managed to get herself even more lost. Huge paws sounded behind her, claws ready to slash open the tiny kitten. She curled up and let out a screech, her fur spiked up in horror. In the real world, Rosekit was curled up and was letting out small mewls of terror, and gave a sharp jerk. Her hind leg kicked another kit in the nest by hers, and let out another squeal of fear.

Snowkit jumped up, fur spiked due to being kicked in the face by another kit. You're kidding me, right?
She turned to the kit and nudged her in her sleep, "Hey, you okay there?"

    Rosekit felt herself getting lifted up, the cat was about to eat her!! "No! No no!" She squealed, but she woke up from her nightmare when she felt the gently prodding by another kit. She opened her eyes with a gasp and saw the fluffy white pelt of Snowkit "Oh... Yeah, I'm fine." She mewed shakily "I was just having a bad dream."

She sat down, suddenly intrigued. "Hmmm, can I ask what it was about? Or..." she trailed off, "If you want to I mean--"

" My eyes are like the water to your fire "

Foxkit watched as the two other kits which were across the nursery spoke with kindness and carefulness. She could tell that they were speaking of something which was either negative or scary. The kit which had just woken up looked pretty shaken with fear, she could tell by the way her pelt was ruffled and her eyes were wide as well, Foxkit felt bad for her den mate, she hated to see cats unhappy. 

Foxkit decided, she was going cheer this kit up with her cheerfulness. Smiling she rose to her paws and shook her fluffy orange and white pelt, her blue eyes glowing with friendliness. She padded over to the two kits and tilted her small head, "Are you alright? You seem shaken." She chirped happily and gave her best smile. she had always been a nice and kind kit who loved to make new friends at any chance she got, no matter where she was. Although she was as loyal and fierce as any other cat which you could meet. She was quite sensitive but she knew when a cat was kidding or just being playful, she didn't like to take things too hardly on her part, it would always make her feel bad and that she had hurt their feelings even if they had already hurt her own.

Snowkit saw the younger kit approach and turned to greet her. "Hi, I'm Snowkit," she mewed, "and this is Rosekit," she said, jerking her muzzle in the direction of the shaken kit. "And uh, I think she's alright, but she hasn't spoken yet."
