It was a new day, though it wasn't a pretty day. A storm had been moving its way into the forest for about a week now with showers here and there. But this was a complete down pour, but that didn't stop a white blur that charged through the storm. Three legs crashed leaving water jumping in her steps. She skidded to a stop and looked to the side. Thunder boomed and she let out a whine, as she charged forward again. She had a fear of thunder it reminded her of her past. The she-wolf looked around insanely for another form of life. Anyone at this case. Even Kenny, she just needed someone who would protect her. BOOM! another crash. The large male made his way quickly through the storm it was as if small needles were penetrating his thick hide as sky drool slapped against him self he felt out a small growl or displeasure as he slipped in some slimy mud. He then turned as he heard a small piercing whine he thought it was just a stupid play of the howling wind.but as he turned a strange shape caught his attention.... He stared as the form was ruthlessly whipped back and forth as wind and rain tag teamed. Then he noticed the missing leg and his voice caught in his throat.
He raced against the wind and steering rain. As he scrambled up a muddy slip of a hill. And the whole forest shook as the sky released a thunderous bellow and a blinding light followed and as Angel collapsed to her side he was there to haul her up he murrmerd a small move or you'll die inseration. He slowly half dragged half carried her waiting for her to fight back |

Not even two minutes of being on the ground, the female was lifted by her scruff. She looked around wildly with her single blue eye and saw it was Major dragging her three legged body. She let out a groan and then kicked onto her three legs and stood strongly as she limped with him. She shook her scruff free and then looked at him. " Why are you helping a threat to your pack?" she asked through the pounding of the rain. he felt her weight as she struggled in his grasp he waited silently as she gained perchuse on the slick earth. then did he let go of her white drenched scruff. As she brought up the fact every rival loves to hear he shrugged "I guess it's just not right to leave some one behind and even then you were pack" he walked clamly and steadily besides her. As they plodded along the soaked ground. he shook his head "Duncan led the Canis Lupis pack to the shelter already and it's far off from here" he stated it like a fact hiding the fact that he still had something for her.
he then turned and added roughly "I'm not asking you to trust me but by all means your welcome to travel alone in the storm" he new thought she was head strong she was not dumb so he waited for her to make a choice either agree or part ways he then turned as he noted their current surroundings and he noticed a damp log that had both chared bark and water rot he tilted his head and added "And their happens to be a Cave Mere Fox-Lengths from us so if you want to get the mud out of your fur I suggest sticking around" he pushed past a thick bramble and entered a Cave it was Cold still but dry. |

" Hmph.. leaving his beta behind.. that's rather rude. But you have learned well from your mentor." she muttered lowering her head as she padded forward and then stopped looking at the male as she blinked her eyes. " They headed north didnt they? Ugh.. I know where they are, but this wind and rain is just much to strong for a wolf of three legs to travel that distance." she muttered. " Alright Major i'll take you up on your deal, but Duncan hears nothing of this." she said as she made it toward the den and crawled in shaking her pelt. He actually kind of smiled while she almost had her own conversation he nodded and joked "Oh, Very Rude" he agreed with a small chuckle as she seemed very keen to make the point. he nodded once again yup... right into the storm. he thought. He had never heard her say such a thing she actually just admitted that with her missing leg she would not stand a chance as to reuniting with her pack he was not necessarily stunned but surprised, she was pretty big of making a show of her own strength even with out the use of all her limbs.
He smirked as she stated firmly she would stay but with out the knowledge of her alpha. He gave a small frown, he figuard she had a thing for the eastern red alpha, but he had never liked the idea. He shook off the feeling and spoke using a mock deep tone "Alpha's Promise" he was now in the chilling cave and grumbled as he realized how much mud actually was on him. he perked up as she asked about his Dark Seekers he turned his head to her respectfully and answered "Headed West to the Thicker forest, More shelter and both my betas know the area well" he had purposely only spoke of his betas knowing the name of his alpha female would anger angel and well we would not want that.

Mm.. ok as long as both our packs are safe I'm content." she stated as she settled down onto the cave floor and lay her head on her single front leg. She shut her single eye and then opened it not a moment later. The blue orb turned toward the brown male and she flicked her ear as she wrapped her tail around her body. " Major.. The Canis Lupis pack is dying down, it is now pretty much me and Duncan, Destiny, Braxxton, Lune, and Nadia.. so Duncan, his mate, and his pups. he smiled at her small statement its true alphas do not have much time for promises let alone kept them but he would stay true to his word it was the one thing not yet tainted or at least that's what he liked to think. As she seemed to be settling down for what right now seemed to be the night, she paused after wrapping her tail snugly around her self and spoke of the weakness her pack was in, the state of which was very sad few members and at that she did not seem happy with in them. as she Spoke of loner life he lifted his head and looked right at her, with a hint of sadness he had feelings for her more than he ever had for another and he wished her not to go, he new he could not tell his feelings for she was in love with her alpha Duncan he felt pressure as she spoke of no longer posing a threat to him self.
" Angel , Would you consider joining my pack?" he did not know how to say it, he wanted it more like (Angle Don't go I need you, I...) he let the thought go as he new she would most likely decline, he then smiled slightly and with a small build of courage he added "Would you Join me, as My Alpha?" |

" Its a nice offer, but I will not join the ranks of Shadow Dwellers as long as a Hellhound pup in the pack. Specially one that I hate with a rather large passion." she woofed as she flicked her tail and then she looked into his eyes and frowned. " By the way, its not nice to keep something from me. I was taught by leader of the forest for wolves sake, not only that I've been alpha, and I'm old. I am wiser than you think though my missing limbs may make me look like a idiot." she barked. He shook his head "I new that would bother you and she has been sent from my ranks, she has been given the choice of banishment or omega" he turned for a moment he had thought this might please her but he was wrong she seemed like a ticking stick of dinomite that had just went off. He understood and was feeling rather put off not only has she declined she had to shove it at him he had mad the arrangements not long ago but he should have known she would not want to join him, at least she had an excuse but even with Amai off the table he was sure she would still say know after all who would want to stay with a wolf like him.
He growled as her voice raised this was getting out of hand "Yes, for forest sakes I know you take pride for your training and your mentor" he was yelling him self at this point" I get it, wolfs miss read you because of your looks but I Don't I know your Smart Far smarter than my self and for that you have my Respect" he let calmed down and looked at her one more time before he let the words the words he swore never to say aloud let go. he huffed and spoke with a low voice one she alone would hear and one the forest would hold then he paused it would not matter no matter what he said and muttered "I, umm... don't no how to say it. But umm I ... Angle I Love you"

Beta female of Canis Lupis looked up at him. " What did Amai do?" she questioned in slight shock hearing that she had been banished from the Shadow Dwellers. Her blue eye stared at him and she frowned as she lay her head down. " There should never be just one Alpha running a pack.. that's not good. Even Canis Lupis has two, two alphas and three pups, and me. You know what. I accept the offer. BUT the minute I see Amai, I leave. Deal?" she woofed, she wouldn't mind leading a pack with Major again, but she just couldn't handle Amai, Kodi, Or whatever the other wolf was named. She flicked her tail and then her single eye went large. " Y-Y-You love .. you love the monster... Major why have you never told me before.. He nodded "You were Right she is rather Annoying" he gave a small smile, and perked his large tattered ears as she continued he nodded as she said its not good for a pack to only have one reigning alpha, But he was Surprised by what came next. Wow she really said it he thought with disbeif. He looked at her as if seeing if it was some kind of joke or it she even meant it. His shoulders and heart seemed to lighten at once like fine morning mist, just like that he gave a cheeky smile "Deal" his optics glittered with hope as well as emotions man he had expected to be turned down flat. He moved closer seeing she, would allow the small gesture as if testing her, he then listend intently as her rich voice made him feel warmer. He shook his head "Angle, No I love you, you for you. There is no monster only a beautiful glistening white female whom has agreed to be my alpha" he watched as he pelt literally did glisten with the small bits of light dancing of her still wet pelt. He gave a chuckle "Never told, you are you kidding me if I would have said something like that a few days ago you would have had my head" he smiled, and it grew as she admitted a small amount of feeling for him self. |
