The meeting of very different cats

Littlepaw padded quietly into the den with a small compact was of moss clenched between her teeth.She chose a sunny spot next to the entrance where there weren't many nests and she made herself a small but comfy nest.She settled down in it and searched the den with a emotionless amber eyes.She sniffed the air and recognized many familiar scents but none of her 'friends' were here."Now I don't have anything to play with"She muttered feeling a tiny bit disappointed.She searched the den hoping to find a new test subject that she could research.

Juniperpaw was sitting in her own nest, which she had prepared early. It was close to many of the other apprentices, and decorated sloppily with some bird feathers. She noticed most of the other apprentices were out though, probably training or something like that. She sighed, looking around the den. One cat in particular caught the attention of her bright amber eyes. A she-cat sitting alone, looking rather sad. Juniperpaw tilted her head in curiosity, then padded over.

"Hey there! Ya looked kinda bored, so I thought you could use a friend!" she grinned to the other she-cat. Juniperpaw was outgoing and fun-loving, but didn't always understand that not everyone wanted company all day, everyday. Even she needed some alone time. She noticed the fellow apprentice had amber eyes, similar to her own.

"Hello there, you must be mistaken because I am not bored and I don't have friends on the whim like that especially with someone I haven't met before"Littlepaw drawled staring at the apprentice with emotionless eyes."Maybe we may become friends after we hold a few conversations"She added.(Sorry I'm am really busy at the moment so my posts may be short)
