Dusk padded through her pack territory, she hasn't seen any of her packmates in days since the fire. "They must have left or died." She muttered to herself. She was sure it was more likely her pack had moved temporary and that dusk had just lost her sense of direction. A familer scent hit her nose, she turned to see Kovu, a wolf she met earlier. "Why are you here Kovu?" She questioned.

Kovu turned, raising his hackles. "Why am I here? Maybe because I live here, you-" he sighed and stopped then turned and continued to lap at the water. "Why are you here, then?" he asked after a pause.

Dusk sighed, she should at least admit her pack is gone. "This was my packs territory, but I don't know where they are or if they're still alive.." She murmered. Dusk then stared at kovu, why was she asking this? "Have you had any thoughts on joining a pack or just staying a lone wolf with no one truly by your side." She asked, the last part was a little overkill.

Kovu stopped himself from laughing out loud, but a glimmer of humor shined in his eyes. "I told you. Your pack is no more." he said, trying not to grin. As soon as she started talking again, his humor disappeared. "Hey, hey. You're not the boss of me. I can do whatever I want, whenever I want. So back off, ok?"
