EarthBlossom NOT EarthPaw

[Earthblossom]

She was sick of it. Just sick of it. By it... well... it is herself. She was sick of herself. Earthpaw had been an anxious, ambitious and relatively rude teen but that was caused by her extreme eagerness to be a warrior. Now EarthBlossom was a warrior she could be herself and she prayed that she could change without anyone thinking she was still EarthPAW the vicious teenager. "Day two, I guess." Her voice was cool and calm and a sweet odor drifted off her fur. "Today is the day I meet someone new."

[Lionstrike]

Lionstrike was padding out of the nursery when she noticed Earthblossom. She had never really spoken to the warrior, but she had certainly seen her around camp. The pale ginger cat abandoned her pursuit to the fresh-kill pile, walking towards the warrior. "Hello, Earthblossom!" she meowed, a smile on her face. She then realized that she may not know who exactly she was. "I'm Lionstrike. I've seen you around a lot."

[Earthblossom]

"Oh hi! I've heard lots about you actually... Sorry Im being rude... Anything you need?" She mewed warmly, her heart pounding slightly. Anxiety, oh anxiety please leave me alone.

[Lionstrike]

Lionstrike shook her head, shrugging. "A lot of cats have heard about me, so it seems. I mean, I do raise half the clan!" She gave a tiny laugh at her joke. "Oh, I'm actually quite alright. A lot of apprentices like to come in and make sure everything's alright. Thank you, though." The pale queen tilted her head. "Do you have any apprentices?"

[Earthblossom]

"No because I was a horrible cat when I was an apprentice but nobody trusts that I have changed. I mean... No I have no apprentices." The huge tabby mewed nervously. Wow life was confusing. Like a quiz. Or a test. A riddle.

[Lionstrike]

Lionstrike tilted her head. "Now, I doubt that. I'm sure that if you asked Spiderstar, he would give you one. I asked to mentor as a queen, and I have two apprentices." she replied.

[Earthblossom]

"Yea but lets face it- ur like a legend among the clan, gurl. Who are your apprentices?" She mewed casually trying to change the subject slightly.

[Lionstrike]

Lionstrike laughed, shaking her head. "I wouldn't say a legend." She sighed. "They're my daughter, Azaleapaw, and Freezepaw."

[Earthblossom]

"Oh I bet its great to mentor your own children." EarthBlossom purred. It sounded great raising kits. "Sooo who was your nentor or... I still dont understand clan life- do queens have mentors or like were you a warrior before being a queen?" Being born a rogue made stuff complicated.

[Lionstrike]

Lionstrike shrugged. "That means I can only be harder on her. You look like you're old enough to be a temporary queen. You could join us for a moon if you'd like. I believe that we have this moon and next moon covered, but we need another one after those." she meowed, smiling. "My mentor? Yes, I was a warrior before I was a queen. My mentor was Greenflare. I was born outside the clan, but I came around apprentice-aged."

[Earthblossom]

"You were born outside the clan? So was I!" She purred, her tail swaying excitedly. "So was I. And erm I have a question... Do queens stay in close contact with their kits or do they kinda just... I dont know anything wow." Only now did she realize how little she knew about queens.

[Lionstrike]

"I barely remember a few things about my life outside the clan." Liar. You remember all of it. Lionstrike shrugged. "I think it depends. I hardly leave the nursery, and not many of my kits come back for a visit." she meowed sadly, frowning.

[Earthblossom]

"Oh I see." EarthBlossom frowned. If she ever became a temporary queen she wanted to be close to her 'spawn' as she called kits. Why spawn? No idea. "So are any of your kits full-blown warriors?" The beautiful tabby asked, with a slight purr. She had an idea.

[Lionstrike]

Lionstrike shook her head. "Not to my current knowledge. They're either apprentices or kits." she replied, nodding.

[Earthblossom]

"Oh ok." She mewed quietly. (Short post cuz I is a lazy bum)
