littlepaw sat at the edge of the apprentices den in her usual doggy like position with her head on her paws and a solem look on her face. Her ear twitched, she could her something to her right. The only problem was she couldn't see it 'cause of her blind eye. The sound drew closer then there it was I front of her, another cat...

"H-" Beepaw coughed, "Hi." He spoke shyly, his voice soft and quiet as he spoke to the stranger. The small tom blinked his large eyes a few times before lowering himself. With slight fear, he then opened his mouth to introduce himself, but his fear of strangers overtook him again and nothing came out, just a small squeaking sound.
He sniffled a little before trying again, "M- my names Beepaw."

Thistle padded over, his tail swishing out a rhythmatic beat.
"Yo," he greeted lazily, seating himself in front of Littlepaw. Her other eye was oddly blank; it must be blind. Oh well, there were worse disablities...
"'M Thistlepaw, who're you?" he added casually, letting a carefree tooth grin trace his dark brown muzzle. His topaz eyes were friendly and open.
He turned his attention to Beepaw, smiling at the apprentice. "Beepaw?" he mewed, though the tom hadn't been talking to him. "Hey, I like your name, and it suits you." he complimented. Beepaw was a stutterer, and that usually met him was shy. Well, Thistlepaw'd bring up the mood a notch! ulla |

"Littlepaw?" he mused. "'Ey, we've met before." he finished with a happy grin. He gently but loosely knocked the brown tabby she-cat on the chest with a paw. "'Ow's your ambition going?"
He, of course, was referring to Littlepaw's previously mentioned wish to become a medicine cat. Of course, Thistlepaw had a very different desire, to become the best - and by that he meant strongest, but in the thistle-furred tom's books they were the same - warrior, or at least the strongest fighter. Also, becoming a deputy. He had mad leadership skills! Plus his mentor was the leader of TreeClan. That totally meant something, if not becoming the future leader! Or, in the worse circumstance, just deputy til he dropped dead. ulla |

Little paw looked at thistlepaw for a moment. She had very bad memory. "Oh, yes bramblepaw" she purred "they haven't picked me as med cat apprentice, and I'm scared I might now past my final test to become a warrior" she murmured. She looked at thistlepaw for a moment longer, "you're not bramblepaw are you?" She questioned "I just can't place my claw on it, it's... Ugh.... Thorn paw!..... No!....its.... Umm....thistlepaw, yes thistlepaw. I'm a genius!" She squealed and started dancing around in a circle.

The tom frowned as she guessed at his name. Bramblepaw? Seriously? He had a way cooler name than that! "Well, there can only be two medicine cats and we have two. Have you met them?" he mewed quizzically. His brow raised as the she-cat started prancing around in a circle. Whew, she was pretty big-headed. ulla |

Thistlepaw blinked in surprise at the brown tabby, then continued as if nothing had happened.
"Well... Do you at least know their names?" he questioned, his head tilted in a slightly doglike way. A quirk of his was that though some might mistake a quickly moving tail for anger or agitation, for Thistlepaw, it usually meant happiness or excitement. His tail was wagging right now, in fact. "I've met one, the younger one." he added. ulla |

Thistlepaw grinned at Littlepaw. "First, tell me their names." he tested her, bouncing on his paws. In his opinion, to be a medicine cat you had to know the right cats. If she didn't even know the medicine cats' names, she didn't have much hope. He had enough tact not to say that out loud, but he had his doubts about Littlepaw's ambition. It wasn't exactly likely, he thought sadly. ulla |

"littlepaw sat down for a moment then bounced up in joy. "i know it! i know it!"she squealed "" its lionshade, and greygrowl"she purred proudly.
(littlepaw has a small amount of brain damage, so she cant remeber things properly)
