As she made her way thought the camp a slight breeze rushed thought her thick fur with a slight chill she shook her head and smiled slightly she loved and knew snow would be here soon. As she briskly paced towards the entrance to the apprentices den she could not help but feel the frozen ground roughly click against her worn pads. She reached her destination with a small shake of her long and thick pelt she then called out with a soft melody voice into the dimly light den " Thunderhowl , Time for Your Training" . She then backed away and awaited the appearance of her newest apprentice she had had many and well she always looked forward to there first day out. Well she thought puzzled, First day out with her self.
As she waited in the chill of the open, as she glanced up the sun had not fully risen. seeing she wanted her new apprentice used to waking up in the earlier hours, . She is often referred to as a sharp and hard mentor to please and yes it is true she had , had many and well few really have gained not only trust but a friend ship.
(Nice to meet you hope these two get to know each other well )

outta luck, outta time; old-man winter's comin' on ,, Lionpaw grunted and turned in his nest when a voice disturbed his slumber. The ginger tom raised his head, eyes narrow with sleep as his new mentor...Rivershade, left the den. Was he supposed to give her the benefit of the doubt here, and assume that she would be ok as a mentor? That didn't sound likely. No female he'd ever met had made a good warrior, and he detested having to be taught by one. Still, he needed even the pretense of training, and so the tom stood in his nest and padded out to her.
"What are you trying to show me today then?"

She had heard much about the young sun tinted male, mainly based around the negative side of things. She turned her head as the male joined her. she shook his head at his clear disregard and or respect not sure if it was pointed at her or some one had thrown something nasty at him. From the way he acted she was already taking a dis liking to him as well his cockie and or arrgont air to him earned him self a flash of angered optics witch quickly soothed into a stone faced hardened expression she spoke tartly at his comment with a sharp resort " I will not be trying anything, you will learn some disapin" she paused and gave a small glimmer of amusement witch instantly faded into a harsh narrow of icy eyes then continued "If my lesson does not suffice maybe the Elder's will" she was in no mood and like he had just led up to if you put her off on a bad day this female had a very short fuse she was planing on some hunting but his hottyness played that one to the dirt

Lionpaw fell silent, his expression warring between amusement and interest. His mentor certainly seemed sure of herself, which was the prime reason behind his mix of emotion. It was interesting for him, but not altogether enlightening. Quickly he looked away, nose twitching. Without something serious to grasp onto in the situation, the golden tom was just trying his best not to chuckle. He was quite sure Rivershade was earnest in her punishments, though he didn't particularly care if she handed them out. After all, he could learn much more from Maplefrost, than he ever could from her.
"Yes, yes, discipline. Of course, Rivershade." He replied drolly, nodding his head a few times to make sure she truly understood. After all, he didn't have much to lose. Train with her, learn from Maplefrost. It really just irked him how long it was taking Rivershade to make up her mind. "Sooo..?"

She let a snort of distain from her muzzle as she mentally planned out the day, when his snobby attitude interrupted with an annoying "sooo.." she snapped back to rest hard blue optics on the tom who's pelt matched his personality. With a lash of her long and long-furred tail she ordered Sternly "First Lesson of today" she stepped back and looked over her shoulder as she quickly turned back, she added with a stiff tone "Begins in the Apprentice Training Clearing" with a small flick of her paws she started off for the sandy stone clearing, her fluent quick movement much like the river its self set into a fast paced bound as she made her way direct and elegant it was just her nothing more. Once she broke thought the soft brambles, and entered the well trodden and used space she turned, sat , and awaited the young male to join her. When he did there very boring and must likely un-pleasant session should begin. As the trendals started to shake she spoke with her fluent naturally velvet voice "We will start by, Taming that Tongue of yours"
