"WHAT'S YOUR SOLUTION THEN?" Theirry said, a touch of exasperation and sarcasm in his voice. I straightened my posture, and slightly tilted my chin up. Folding my hands neatly in my lap and crossing my leg over another, I looked him straight in the eye. "I propose to take a small group of our people, and to enter the world beyond the forest." I said, watching closely as he brought up a hand to rub his chin thoughtfully. "What group will you take?" He asked, sarcasm still present in his eyes but slowly ebbing away, hope and interest filling its place. "Two people of each Division. Shaman, Guardian, and Hunter." After a small pause, I hesitantly added; "And, I will be willing to allow a Junior Chief to accompany us on this trip- or Mission I should say." I said. Glancing around the room, my gaze stopped at Silvane. I rose an eyebrow, waiting for any sarcastic comment- we're both known for being outspoken.

It was there all right, a smug expression plastered onto her face. "And which people of the Divisions will you take?" She asked testily. I leaned back in my chair and grinned, and to that question I simply answered, "The best of the best."

T H E  T R I B E  The Tribe is a group that is between generations. There are three different social divisions of the Tribe, along with a fourth lead Division- and there are Juniors(trainees) of each Division. Each Division contains a different talent.  Their chambers, cooking facilities, and bathroom facilities, are mostly underground. Although there is a tunnel that leads to a small forest in the outside world where the Hunters gather food and water.

T H E  C H I E F S  
The Chiefs are the division where all the important decision making is made. They are the leaders of the Tribe, and control all the Divisions.   The Lead Chief is the one person in charge of ALL of the Divisions, but are wisely chosen to ensure peace. The Deputy Chief is wisely chosen to be the next Lead Chief. There are only about 3 to 4 full Chief members, and about the same number of Junior Chiefs that will become full members once their training has succeeded. The Chiefs are masters at all the talents of the Divisions- Including being Intelligent. This is the smallest Division there is.

T H E  S H A M A N  
The second smallest group are the Shamans, the dedicated healers and spiritualists of the Tribe. The Shamans are in charge of both medical duties and religious duties, and extremely skillful in these tasks. They are the only Division who think highly of Religion. The Lead Shaman is the one who organizes all the herb patrols and supervises the Deputy Shaman and all the other Shamans training. The Deputy Shaman will be the next Lead Shaman. The Junior Shamans are the ones that are in current training to become a full member of the Shaman Division. -They are the Peaceful and Patient. 

T H E  G U A R D I A N S 
The second largest group are the Guardians, the ones who defend the Tribe and ensure it is not conquered and is safe. The Lead Guardian is the one who organizes all the guard patrols and supervises the Deputy's training. The Deputy Guardian is the one who will be the next Lead Guardian. The Junior Guardians are the ones that are currently in training to be a full member of the Guardian Division. -They are the Brave and Strong.

T H E  H U N T E R S 
The largest group are the Hunters, the ones who hunt for prey and prepare all the food and drinks. The majority of the tribe are Hunters. The Lead Hunter is the one who organizes all the food patrols and supervises the Deputy's training. The Deputy Hunter is the one who will be the next Lead Hunter. The Junior Hunters are the ones that are currently in raining to be a full member of the Hunter Division. -They are the Resourceful and Thoughtful.
