I sat outside my den, watching as the last days of the sun got swallowed by darkness, disappearing over the horizon. Falling asleep perhaps, like I should have been. But I was restless. I didn't know why. The golds and reds that tinted my dark earthy pelt seemed to dance in the small breeze, that swept tri-colored leafs across the forest floor, then they to disappeared altogether in the night.
I stood up, and sighed. It was a long, lonely sigh. I sure I had a pack but it all seemed to be slipping from me if you know what I mean. Being alpha and all the pack was your life I really enjoyed it at one point and I still do things just seem to get more and more complicated. It could get quite lonely, especially on these kinds of nights. Something in the air… I didn't know. We were just animals. Wild animals. No… maybe we were something more. Something more… significant and important. I smiled at the thought Wolves were Prime among the forest cunning compared to the Fox, fierce agasit the Fawn, Hungry vs. the bird we were prime but at the same time not it was a strange way of life. He sat deep in thought not noticing the sound of paws coming his way.

Hope padded towards Major ,she was looking for a pack to join and apparently that wolf owned one and in fact a
blood thirsty one, one that she wanted to join.
Major seemed stressed but who could blame him he was the alpha of a pack.
She slowly advanced searching for a reaction

As the scent of female wolf, scratched away his pointless fantasy of fair and life. His massive head snapped back to only see a white pelted wolf picking her way carefully towards him self, his ears went instantly up in show of power just looking at her he new there was no fight so he settled and turned away casting his burning gaze in the other direction he spoke with out giving her another glance "Do you Really have what it takes to join my Pack"
He new she had her eyes set on his pack and he had little faith in her inquiring the top of it let alone the omega stage she just seemed to soft to join if you know what I mean. He gave a twisted smile just imagining her irritated expression he added voice dripping with venom "Lets be honest... Hope" he tilted his head still gazing into the forest that lay before him self, "Will you really be able to fight though my ranks?" |

Hope lets out a growl this wolf thought she wasn't capable of fighting through his ranks, she was not going let this wolf think she's weak. whatever I'll just have to fight through his rank to show him. " You don't think I can fight trough your ranks?" She says as she shows off her sharp teeth " Well than you're 100% wrong Major" |

He still does not face her, showing more disrespect with each flick of his long banner he then tilted his head in amusement as she snarled at him. He shook his head clearly why else would he say such a thing he thought like umm duh. He let the anger settle in her and she suddenly burst out again this time it was more of a challenge than anything and that got his attention one wolf whom stood in his way would die another who sneakily fallowed a few paces to the side... well they always would have a place in his pack! He turned and bored his optics into her's daring her to prove him wrong "Am I?" he said heatedly this was going to be fun
