MAPLEFROST OF ICECLAN

"If you are old enough to catch your own prey, gather here beneath Highstone for a Clan meeting!"

Once again, it was Maplefrost who summoned the Clan. He sat patiently on the large rock, tail curled around his paws and ears angled forward as he stared sightlessly down at the camp. Once it sounded as though enough cats were there, he spoke again.

"By naming this apprentice, we show that IceClan will survive and remain strong… Skykit, from now on you will be known as Skypaw. Duskrise, you are ready for an apprentice and shall mentor him."

[Cinderpaw]

The grey tabby poked her head out of the nursery and flicked her ears as she heard the calico Elder Oh!Maplefrost is doing a ceremony. And she went out of the den padding towards the rock.Cinderkit heard her brother's name and cheered happily for him "Skypaw!Skypaw!".When the ceremony was finished,she padded towards her sibling "@yas ! Now you're an apprentice!" she purred and licked his shoulder in a friendly way

Skykit bounded out of the nursery as his name was called. His eyes widened as Maplefrost went on, excitement fizzing inside of him. Once the calico was finished, the new apprenice spun around to look for Duskrise. He couldn't find the warrior at first, but assumed his mentor would be looking for him aswell. Just as Skypaw was going to pad further into the crowd, his sister approached him. He purred. "I know! I'm so excited!" He said with a grin, though it didn't last very long. The tom pouted and flattened his ears back. "I wish you and Sweetkit could be in there with me."

The grey tabby wished that she was there too,but Cinderkit knew that she couldn't "But don't worry,we will be with you soon!Just wait a little bit and we are going to be denmates just like we were before!" Cinderkit said with a friendly smile to her brother
