The light was fading, creating new shadows and dark patches around me. The wind was whispering through the leaves, carrying a light, heavenly breeze. 

I moved faster, ignoring the briars that got caught in my pelt. 

I stopped at my little hideout I went to every night; where I was myself. Where I could be free. I lifted my face, letting the light and shadows dance across it. A smile appeared, and I sat with a deep sigh. Letting the breeze ruffle my fur.
