Dawnbreeze sat in her nest grooming her fur.She had already gone hunting and fell in a puddle which had gotten her fur soaked."Bleh"She spit out a clump of mud onto the ground.She made a face and rested her head tiredly.She had been hunting all day and now she was just bored.

Shadyfoot walked into the den just as a cat spit mud out of her mouth. "Eeww," Shadyfoot mewed out loud. Oops, did I say that out loud? She could feel embarrassment flooding through her body. What would this cat think of her now? She probably thinks i'm rude for saying that she was gross. Ugh, mousebrain, she thought to herself. She silently said sorry to the she-cat just in case the cat didn't hear Shadyfoot's remark. "I-I mean... I'm Shadyfoot," she stammered. Idiot, now you're stammering in front of a younger cat, she angrily scolded herself.

Dawnbreeze purred."I know right, last time I don't look were im going and stumble into a mud "She said."Im Dawnbreeze"She informed the black shecat. "Its nice to meet you"She said. She wasnt offended by what Shadyfoot said. She understood it was gross she just needed to pay more attention herself.

Shadyfoot was relieved that Dawnbreeze wasn't offended. "Mud is...annoying," Shadyfoot replied. Wait, can mud be annoying? "Dawnbreeze. That's a pretty name," Shadyfoot replied with a satisfied nod. "I'm really glad that the heat isn't as bad anymore," Shadyfoot mewed, trying to start a conversation. My poor black pelt, she joked to herself.

"It was tough, but it's not like I went outside very often anyway," Shadyfoot whispered with a light smile. Shadyfoot knew that hunting for her clan was supposed to be her priority, but she reckoned that no other cat had been out in the sun for long. "What did you do in the heat?" she asked once again trying to carry on a conversation that wasn't awkward like the other times.

She padded in, not sure weather to even speak. It was not nice interrupting.
Shaking her fur,"Hi!" She said cheerfully, the den was much cooler. She stayed out of the entrance way.

Shadyfoot nodded in agreement before turning her head to the newcomer. Treasurehunt! she exclaimed in her head. She didn't actually say it out loud, because she didn't want Dawnbreeze's question to go to waste. Instead, she just nodded her head and smiled at Treasurehunt.

"Mud!"
In a flash of pink, the naked thing dropped into the mud graciously, rolling around in the mud puddle to sooth her sunburns she had gained from the day of hunting. The silly naked thing did a roll one last time before noticing she was not alone. "Hi!" she chirped, her chin in the mud while her hindquarters waved in the air like a flag. |

Shadyfoot watched in shock as a cat jumped into a mud puddle. She flattened her ears and scowled as the mud from the puddle splashed onto her fur. Shadyfoot didn't offer a greeting to the pink cat. She should've at least looked to see if there were any cats that could get splashed, she thought.

The naked cat smiled at the three, happy that these three didn't walk away like other cats around here would. Maybe now she could gain new friends instead of just having her best friend, Leo. Noticing that some of the mud had splashed on her new friends, her smile grew smaller. "Oops....Sorry." she apologized sheepishly.

Dawnbreeze dipped her head slowly."I-Its ok.."She said. She licked her paw cleaning her face.She looked over at Shadyfoot she didnt look please but she couldnt blame her."Um...Whats your name..?"She asked trying to get rid of the akwardness.
