Goslingpaw strolled into the apprentices' den after a long day of hardcore training. His breathing was heavy; this heat was not really in his benefit, considering the long length of his coat. It was not fair. The Himalayan made his way over to his nest, wishing to have something more simple, such as Snowpaw, no Snowflurry, or Dotpaw. Maybe something in the mix of the three? Maybe to have a long mane, and have Dotpaw's around his paws and his body with Snowflurry's? Or maybe even have the stump of a tail. He sighed, unsure of what he wanted anymore.

The apprentice tried to nap, but couldn't. The heat was just too much for him and he really wished that the colder seasons would come by soon. If only someone would speak to him nowadays. It was hard for someone who just started to become reserved to open up again.

[Naturepaw]

Naturepaw sat in the shade and flicked her ears in annoyance. It was hot today, hotter than usual, and she did not enjoy it (even though she did have shorter fur). However, Nature hated being a bother and didn't complain about it. There were enough troubles in the world and Naturepaw felt that complaining about the heat would just be pointless. 'However, they are some cats who have longer fur than me and probably have it even worse. I hope the heat's not too much for them,' she thought with concern. Nature sighed and looked around. There didn't seem to be anyone out here in the heat today. She didn't see any of her friends. Then again, she hadn't seen them at all lately. 'Probably busy training or something,' she thought. Nature's own training had been postponed for the moment and she hoped to get back to it soon. She'd barely even started and it already had to be paused. Naturepaw laid her head on her paws, flattening her ears. Then she noticed another apprentice that seemed as annoyed by the heat as she was. She'd never met this apprentice before, but she decided to go up and talk to him. Her shyness really was fading away. She stretched and then passed up to the tom. "Hello. Pretty hot today, isn't it?" Nature asked. "I'm Naturepaw. What's your name?"

Blackpaw peered at the other kits from his nest. He licked his paw wondering how far they were from becomeing a apprentice.He wasnt far but he new he hadnt made many friends and he realised it was about time for hi mto start makeing friends with other apprentices before he was made a warrior and lost the chance.

Goslingpaw looked up once another apprentice showed up - someone that he never saw before and the tom rose up a bit. "Hi, I'm Goslingpaw," he responded, wrapping his tail around his leg. "It really is a hot day out. Have you done anything lately Naturepaw? I don't know why we did training earlier, but -" The Himalayan stopped to take some breaths.

"We did it!" Little did he know that there was also another stranger in the den.

Blackpaw nodded knowing how hot it had been and all the heat was attracted to his coat. "It's terribly hot i havent gone out alot lately"He said cause of his coat.

"Goslingpaw. That's an interesting name. Nice to meet you, Goslingpaw. Honestly, I haven't been doing much lately," she replied, sitting down next to the tom. "My mentor, Ashmist, hasn't trained me in a while...I've thought about requesting another mentor if this keeps on," Nature sighed. She really hoped to become a warrior soon, but the way things were going, that seemed like a little distant at the moment. Naturepaw's tail flicked in surprise when another voice entered their conversation. She hadn't even noticed the other tom before. "Yes, it is pretty hot. I haven't really had much to do anyway," she replied with a laugh.
