stay the same IN SUN AND SHOWERS, PICK APART A HUNDRED FLOWERS, JUST TO BE QUIET Dark olive eyes traced over the trembling form of a squirrel. It's fluffy gray tail thrashed as the furry, fleshy creature tried to escape from under Jax's claws. A quick nip to the neck silenced the squirrel's movement. It had been days since the large tabby's last meal, and saliva pooled in the back of his mouth as he looked down at the prey. He had gone longer without out a decent meal before, but the sight of prey was always welcome to Jax. I hope Rowan and Regal are eating well, the maine coon thought, leaning down to take a delicate bite out of the plump creature. It had been half a season since he had left his sister and uncle to search for Fae. Now, knowing she had passed on, Jax was left to roam aimlessly. Paw-steps sounded behind the tom. His ear twitched, be didn't look up from his squirrel, and continued to chew the meat in his mouth slowly, waiting for whoever was possibly approaching him to speak before he physically acknowledged them.

bloodyredqueen “ The Queen " " EXQUISITE FLOWER ” Sweet sacrifices, lay before such beauty of a queen.
the algid tears, of which cascaded from the heavens ashen veneer, started to attenuate in welcome of the phosphorescent sphere of torridity. unrelenting rays of heat depleted the moisture from both the aqua riddled milieu and Asphodel's once-to-be irriguous fleece of frost. the deep emerald chaparral and malachite-beige grasses exuded an almost sacchariferous perfume of after-rain, coaxing the young maid forth to delve her kisser ever so close to the field's plush, flower blanketed carpet. sodden pollen incited argent nostrils to flare to its pinks; her sneeze interrupting the pastoral reticence. visage axiomatically discomposed to swing to and fro, ridding of the dastardly, minuscule bisque puffs. it was soon that time was found to be zest within the gamut of sunshine; fairly muscled, opulent pillars extending and folding below her elegant chassis with ostentatious gusto. fragmented flower pieces and soil from the terra was dispatched into the zephyr, as was the aging maiden's plumb and pelt - alike strands of dismembered halos in the light. nearby, diminutive neighbors shot moisture from their disgruntled crevasses as plumes of powdery earth wreathed around them. addled birds peered through leafy canopies until their attention was seized by something else. most took off in a twittering flight - as if the equine's performance deeply disturbed them. yards away, a mouse tipped its skull, for it seemed as though thunder was trapped below, and it vibrated its tiny paws. an autumn shaded vermin emitted a stressed bark before skipping away, his poofy tail bobbing after him. albeit it may have frightened the other creatures, the dear one was relishing in the strength that her pillars possessed.. sending her closer, and closer to the little abode before her, little did she know, there lie a tom, feasting upon the morsels of a mouse. {{ OCC: sorry for such bad reply. }}

stay the same IN SUN AND SHOWERS, PICK APART A HUNDRED FLOWERS, JUST TO BE QUIET As the fragmented morsel of meat slithered down Jax's throat, his burgeoning curiosity as to whom he was sharing the encircling range with became too much to bear. The large tom shifted upright, rolling his shoulders back and rectifying his posture. For a fleeting second he let his olive hued eyes drift dolefully back towards his little meal. One day, Jax, the broad tabby tom reflected to himself in a tone emulating scorn, one day this unending curiosity of yours is going to get you killed... Or starved. Grasping a few stalks of tall grass withing his hefty jaw, Jax managed to carefully cover his fresh-kill in a manner that kept it semi-hidden. After all, if he would like to be able to retire once again to his food after his curiosity had been quenched. It didn't take him long to locate the other feline, his large stature providing a good viewpoint of the surrounding land. The sight of the she-cat sent the more reclusive side into a meager panic, his introverted personality taking hold of his paws and making him hesitant to approach the other traveler. Yet, aimless days of wandering had left Jax with a loneliness that yearned to be diminished, and he took a timid paw-step forward. It didn't take much time to enter within hearing range of the stranger, seeing as how the tom's strides were anything but small despite their hesitance, and his baritone rung out with a shy softness as he tried his hardest not to startle or scare off his potential company. wind-tossed tassels did little to naught to smother an exuberance for the circular god smoldering above. no matter how the tendrils succeeded in draping themselves across dissimilar eyes, or how the luminescence seemed to aggrandize a svelte bodice swathed in a glimmering milk. it wasn't until lengthy attachments began to twinge after much exertion, did cognizance bloom in the withered crevices of a gnarled mind. the sky was not the girl's abode; the depth of her coveting couldn't elevate far enough. chassis stilled anterior to twitching - and twitch, twitch, twitching again. despondency escorted the ingénue to the sully dirt. however, foreign chords conveyed her visage to pivot in the direction of the soft noise, perceiving a muscular patchwork of the moon and a night devoid of stars. right orb harbored an incredulous gleam as the other remained an impassive, bleak opal. ordinarily amicable disposition propelled into a differing succession of psychosis. oxygen was drawn into shuddering lungs before being expelled in a concerning huff. it was luck that the madness wasn't particularly encompassing, especially since the edges of the figure were more defined than a phantasmagoria.. asphodel should know. the maid soon discovered the grip of reality and reigned in the once adrift composure. silence soon accompanied the denouement of his short and yet sweet speech, leaving her baffled. speak? mandible unhinged.. and slowly attempted to do so: " Hello, Stranger. " prosaic vocals caused saturnine velvets to clasp. ears swiveled back, nape lowered, muzzle shifted away - she became the breathing exemplar of an abashed life form.
